The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was sound but for the price we paid it could’ve been better. But complain much because it was clean and the bed was comfortable so we slept well :)

Location was great. 24hr check in saved our life and staff were really helpful and friendly.

My cousin and I came up for a concert at so arena and because of traffic arrived a bit tight for time. After checking in we asked the front desk if they would be able to find a taxi for us in order to get to the event on time. By the time we got up to our room and started getting changed the front desk phoned up to let us know a taxi was waiting out the front! Couldn't thank them enough!

The furniture was staring to chip really bad and was looking tatty ,there was also strong smell of urine when we went to open the door on the ground floor .

Good price hotel a short distance from the city centre. Very basic but that's all I needed for my stay in Manchester. Staff were pleasant on arrival.

Maybe a handtowel would be an added bonus in the toilets.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff were really helpful, we had an issue with the TV in our room and they came to fix it immediately.

The first impression was that the room was dated and rather small. Only 1 medium-sized towel each and would maybe be better to provide a bath sheet size, especially to accommodate larger people No handrails for getting in and out of shower/bath, the non-slip area wasn't very non-slip, shower itself was terrible, and water wasn't a constant easy flow as if the shower head needed a clean or replacing No air con, so room was very hot even with the window open all night. Wall light fittings had cobwebs inside the shade that looked like they had been there a while Beds were uncomfortable as we could feel the springs and would suggest mattresses be replaced as and when possible

Staff were welcoming with a friendly smile, very helpful & knowledgeable of the area. Booked taxis for us Reception, restaurant/bar, and communal areas were lovely, airy, fresh, and clean We had a meal in the restaurant and it was very nice, good prices Great location for using as a base and to literally just shower, change, go out, return, and sleep Like that towels were provided aswell as soap, shampoo/body-wash. Handy hair dryer complete with wall mirror next to it Large full length mirror was very handy Door keys are very easy to use Like the idea that you have until 12 noon to check out instead of 9 or 10 am as some other hotels do Free on-site parking with plenty of spaces Grounds kept nice and tidy

Perhaps a lift for people who may need accessible access - was not an issue for myself but a good point going forward I did find a hair in the bath and bed seemed to be quite worn in as it had sunk when I got into it

It was to hot in the room, and we had open window for the whole day and night, and at 5:00 every morning came truck and unloaded stuff and groceries, and it woke us up every morning. Thermo King was working on the truck and it was so insanely loud. I understand that the goods have to be delivered for the restaurant and hotel to function, but can't it be a bit later, if it has to be so loud? Beds are pretty soft, mattreses are cheap. I slept in a lot of cheaper or similar priced accomodations with much better beds and mattreses, so I find it could be better. I would expect more for breakfast only 1 sausage, 1 egg in full english breakfast, I found it not enough, like a half portion. There were some other things in buffet, but it was minimalistic.

Room was clean, but there is no toilet brush in the toilet. We asked for fresh towels, and we received it immideatley. OK value for the price, worth the money at the end.

Fabulous welcoming staff and the room and bedding were really clean. I was worried that the accommodation would be very old and tired as this hotel has been there as long as I can remember but it was actually ok! Take earplugs to hide some road noise but otherwise really good value for money.

The room smelled like urine. Not sure where it came from, the bathroom and the room both seemed clean, but it didn't go away even though we kept the window open.

Good location (quick and easy to walk to the city centre) and it has free parking. The room is basic but clean and comfortable, and it has everything you would expect in a hotel (towels, tea, coffee, kettle, TV).
