There was nothing to dislike!

The house was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the kitchen and dining area was splendid. Having a parking space was an extra bonus. We enjoyed the week very much 😃 Thank you.

This fabulous holiday home is extremely cosy, comfortable & well equipped. It's located close to town & coast with fabulous cafes & restaurants within easy walking distances. I would definitely recommend a stay here. 👌

A beautiful property in a stunning location with views of the Great Orme. The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay! Plenty of parking and a short walk into town or to the north/west beach/the great orme. Jayne and David were excellent hosts; they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Myself and my colleagues had a wonderful stay and we would all love to return should we ever need to visit Llandudno again!

Wonderful place. In a great location, well stocked and an absolute home from home. One of the best places we have stayed at. It’s a complete bonus to come across a place like this when one is working away from home.

Sink in ground floor bathroom doesn't hold water (faulty plug) various light bulbs need replacing in particular above the sink( shaving lights).

Information regarding correct waste disposal procedures would have been useful as would a few more appliance manuals for the dishwasher and cooker etc. Although the wi-fi codes were well published, the network name would have avoided some confusion whilst trying to connect to all the available networks. The Freesat TV picture quality was quite poor on occasions, the dish may require checking.

The house was very comfortably equipped and stylishly decorated and felt very warm and homely with some thoughtful touches. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced whilst on holiday. Parking was exceptionally convenient.

Lovely house with 3 floors. Really liked having the lounge and kitchen being on the top floor. Felt very at home there. The location was excellent and very peaceful. Lots of Bathrooms as well.

The accommodation was self catering & only a five minute walk into the centre of town.

Nothing really. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware of the stairs up to the kitchen.

Outstanding self catering property for the price. 3 large ensuite bedrooms with french doors and a massive kitchen diner and lounge with mountain and coastal views. Quiet street but easy walk to two beaches, shops and the station. The house was "upside down" with the living room and kitchen on the top floor to make the most of the light. South facing patio - but we did n't use this in November. Kitchen better appointed than our own one!

We liked everything and wouldn't change a thing.

Property was very comfortable with everything that we needed supplied. It was in a great location, an easy walk to the shops or promenade. The private parking was very good with room for 3/4 cars. The house was immaculate, and having all three bedrooms with an on-suite was a huge bonus. We liked the windows at each end of the lounge which gave a nice through flow of air. We can honestly say that it was the best property that we have rented and was even better than the photographs. We loved it and look forward to a return visit. Just an aside, the next door neighbour was a fantastic guy and gave us a lot of useful information. He even told us of a Chinese take away which turned out to be excellent.

We all enjoyed the relaxed time. We'd settle in after the day and watch a movie, from the good selection of dvds provided. We found the terrace to be private and secluded. The property was tastefully decorated with a seaside theme running throughout. Three large bedrooms all en-suite plus a vanity on the landing. Great facilities and the welcome pack was appreciated and enjoyed. The property is in a great location - shops, promenade, pier and railway station. Parking at the rear for at least two maybe three cars.

The quality and space of the accommodation over three floors in particular the furnishing , decoration and kitchen utilities.The location of the property to the centre of Llandudno and the West Shore together with the view of part of the Orme from the kitchen window.The welcome pack from the owners was very much appreciated.

Fabulous house just a short walk into the centre of Llandudno. It was so spacious, very clean, beds were comfortable & it had everything we needed, it was so well equipped & the milk, welsh cakes & fizz were very much appreciated! Really liked the kitchen / diner / lounge on the top floor, all 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom which was great. One of the best self catering houses I've stayed in, would definitely recommend & book again.
