the Hotel is old, but still fine. Cleaning is not every day and you have to ask to get it done. The communication was very good. there is a whatsApp number on the back of the door, you send a message to that and things get's done.

It was dated. The bathroom smelled of drains and the window was broken so didn’t shut properly, the staff did fix it, but it still didn’t close fully. My daughter’s room had a similar problem with the window being broken so it was freezing!

The location was great and the staff were really nice.

The room size was okey, but the bathroom was unpleasantly small and not clean. The smell was terrible. The roof was creeping all night long.

It is a self-serving hotel with no information about that. The doors are locked by a touchpad key lock. The keyboard doesn't work properly.

We were re located into a hotel next door called Hotel Orlando. It was very basic, we were on the top floor. The room was small for three people, the bathroom was tiny. The double bed was very small , I had to share with my 25 year old daughter. It wasn't comfortable for two adults. There was no bedside lamp or mats in bathroom.

The beds felt clean. Check in was easy.

There was no phone signal in the room at all, which wouldn't have mattered if the wifi worked. But it didn't! There was one spot in the middle of the bed where we could get 4G, however we were in the basement so perhaps that was why. Nothing was overly clean, and also the TV had no signal either. Fine for what we needed - just a bed for the night, but wasn't much more! I couldn't really give a rating for the staff as we didn't see anybody. It was a self check-in/check-out with keypads which was great once we'd figured it out! We also couldn't get any hot water running for a long time in the morning. Wouldn't rush back, but as I said in the positives, we couldn't fault the location.

The location was great - we had a show at the Eventim Apollo, which was a 10 minute walk away. Very convenient!

Relatively claustrophobic room, where 2 people could have problems freely moving around. Wallpaper falling from the wall. Shower needs descaling

It is really hard to mark this property after one night. The positive side was good connection to Central London. And for the first time there was a lot of coffee and milk in the room

Below basic, definitely not good value for money - I've paid a comparable amount for a similarly located Travelodge/Premier Inn and had a cleaner room. Location did not feel secure.

It was a central location and easy to book. A lot of communication (maybe a bit too much, but it was ok).

The flat without any pots or cookers in it reduces it availability. Besides, the knob of hot water pipe is out of order causing hot water is overheated, which is uncomfortable while taking a bath.

You get what you pay for, however it is worth mentioning that there is a problem with the water, we didn't have any cold water if the room next to us is using the tap or the shower. And the water in general had very low flow. All the rest is OK for the price
