Bathroom sink was tiny, shame there is no lift or help with luggage

We had an accessible room so a disabled friendly bathroom which was essentially a bare wet room. No hot water to the sink. Floor stays wet so used bathmat and a used towel to dry it. No toilet brush available. I never ever leave a dirty loo so if there are marks in the toilet bowl after flushing I would clean the toilet and flush again if a brush is at hand. Only one tissue in the tissue box and only one sanitary bag available. Often people with disabilities need to use incontinence pads etc. With only one sani bag to dispose of them doesn't really cut it. Luckily we don't have need of them but working with disabled people I'm well aware of their various needs. I feel the bathroom let the room down. Please consider providing a toilet brush and a squeegee brush for the floor to enable the floor to be made safe. No-one wants to get up in the night and walk or slip on a wet bathroom floor.

I know it's a steakhouse but these days there should be a number of vegetarian options too

Breakfast was OK but service was slow. Very odd that you could not have cereals in with the price, and could have cooked bkfast only!

Great location just off the motorway. Very comfy room with great space and everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board already in the room! Staff were absolutely lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay, cozy and quiet room, clean and tidy. the restaurant was exceptional, extraordinary meals and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I had so much fun and I'm definitely coming back again soon!

We were put in a small room the first night but after complaining, were moved to a bigger room, both have mini wash basins though.There is no elevator and the stairs to the second floor was rather steep. There is no aircon and the window opening is very restricted.

The staff were friendly. Location was excellent as the train station and bus-stop were within walking distance. Breakfast was super.

It's a bit mean to be critical at this price, but to be perfect, perhaps air con, fully operating windows and eliminating creaking doors and floor boards. But it is still much better value than most of the competition as it is.

All was great. In my opinion bed a tad hard, but thats a minor one.

VEey clean and nice room, great TV, very clean bathroom and everything needed. I was very impressed, especially at the costs.

Bed was too small being only 4'6" wide and also it was very hard. Pillows pretty flat. Weather was cold and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room - we had to ask for both and they were provided so our second night was much warmer. Our room was a bit cramped and it was two floors up with no lift. The second flight of stairs was very steep. I asked for a room on the first floor but was told there were none available.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good and substantial. Location was perfect for us. Parking was a bonus which made life a lot easier. Room was clean and I appreciated the tea making facilities. Not expensive.

It is over priced ,as is the food in the restaurant . It is not a hotel nor a stand alone restaurant and their prices should reflect this .

Nice rooms, they have been updated . the bed was comfortable , breakfast was included and was served by a lovely lady . Location was perfect for us and with on site free parking

The check in / check out procedure isn’t made obvious. We had no idea where to check in because there was no obvious signage until we had gone into the restaurant itself. When checking out there was no staff around and we had to get to work so couldn’t hang about in case someone did turn up so just had to leave the key on the front desk.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfy.

A heating option,even on a mild day, would be nice. The dining experience over breakfast was challenging as there didn’t seem to be any vegan and gluten free options
