Staircase and bathrooms were a little small Unfortunatly we had a vandalism situation when we parked our car at the parking slot right next to the hostel... Anyways the staff did everything they could you to help us

Great, friendly staff Minimalistic rooms but with everything you need and funny way of organizing the beds (in our room the beds were named after different scotish clans) Location was awesome, everything can be reached by foot We cooked two times at the hostel and had a great choice of common stuff for cooking (oel, spices, pots etc) All in all clean - they even changed the towels in the bathrooms two times a day!

I know they can’t change it but the bathroom facilities upstairs could use a bit more space, but they’re clean and available so don’t want to complain!

The problem was the lack of lockers and the lack of plugging places to charge your phone. They were only on one side, and if you had a bed above, you didn’t have the chance to charge your phone while being in bed.

It was a comfortable bed in, also nice toilets and showers. The location was relatively ok. Also the lounge was super nice, with a lovely view above the city.

I didnt like the fact that - having checked out at 8:30am, and left my orange jacket and scarf in the room with only 2 single beds used, noone (staff) thrice answered the phone at 9, 10, or 11am. Having returned to hostel for them at 1pm, staff David handed me my jacket without its many pocket contents... Also, the jacket and scarf were in 2 very separate lockers which further concerned me on his disingenious initial insistence nothing had been found... :( Best wishes, Nuno

Place is homely and welcoming. Cool art on the walls. Tea and coffee was accommodated. 2 min walk into centre of town. Comfy bed.

Staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kitchen and communal lounge areas are decked out: plenty of seating space, plug sockets, tables for electronics and whatnot, complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate available all day, every cooking tool you need and even loads of free spices to prepare your own meals. Toilets and shower areas can be a tight squeeze but not to a point they were problematic, plus they were always fresh and tidy. Bunk beds are comfortable and sturdy (top ones bolted to the wall so minimal shaking is felt when either person moves). I didn't need to use them, but I saw the hostel can provide earplugs in case of noisy roommates. Wifi is a good speed. Finally, laundry is cheap compared to all public laundrettes in the area.

Toilet is not enough for the whole floor.. Only three showers room and two toilet and it's mix.. Midnight if you go to toilet you will see man wearing underwear come out from the toilet.

Location is 10 to 15min walk from station. Room is big enough for six. Clean.

I didn’t like that there weren’t lockers in the room for baggage. It was quite cramped in there with all our stuff and there wasn’t much space to put your bag(s) and dedicated lockers would have been nice to help sort out the space instead of having one or two people take up the little free space that existed. (Plus it would be added security.) Not a super huge deal, but mildly inconveniencing. I also wish that each bed got a plug next to it. From what I could tell, there was only one power strip that everyone was sharing.

Great location in Inverness. It’s a short walk to the river or the central part of the city. Everything was very clean and check in was super easy. It’s in a quieter street, so there wasn’t too much noise. The view from my window was quite nice too!

The bathrooms and toilets are a bit limited it can be all full in rush hours. No proper hanging area for cloths so it can be massy when girls are together.

The location is not too far, walkable distance from the train station. The bed and room are comfortable with respectable people sharing the room.

Our stay in inverness was pleasant, the hotel has everything you need. Overall it is clean, there are large spaces and the location is very convenient having close to both the station and the city center. There is the possibility of cooking and you can enjoy breakfast with a small addition of a few pounds. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful during check in.
