The house will be even better when there's a downstairs bathroom (for which there are plans) which will doubtless be more straightforward for the six people it can comfortably accommodate. The shower cubicles in the two current bathrooms are relatively small, although that wasn't a problem in practice. Another minor point is that some of the laminate flooring seems to have slipped slightly so there are a few gaps and uneven sections in some of the rooms. Although the patio was nice we were a little surprised that the green space in the garden was blocked off; again, this wasn't a problem during our stay. And one of our party found the noise of passing trams noticeable enough at night that it was impractical to sleep with the window open (which is another bonus of the fans).

Everything was clean and tidy and welcoming when we arrived, even though we'd needed to ask at short notice to check in half an hour early; I really appreciated how promptly and helpfully the host replied to questions and requests. The bedrooms are pleasant, and it was lovely to have the efficient fans over a very hot weekend. The kitchen is excellent (and we liked having recycling facilities clearly provided); we weren't staying for long enough to need all the kitchen facilities but they would have made it very practical to do so. The living/dining room space also worked well for us with lots of seating. The house is very convenient for trams and also buses into the city centre, and the area seemed safe and quiet.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The property is exactly as described and is clean, & comfortable, TV, excellent wi-fi, with an outside seating area, The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & coffee machine. Nothing has been overlooked with coffee pods, tea, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo & shower gel all provided along with lovely bath & hand towels. A table & chairs outside provided a nice place to sit & relax with a drink in the sunshine. Our host Mark was very attentive & responded to any queries quickly, many thanks Mark, we really did enjoy our stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to the tram stop into the City, next to the tram stop is Highfield Park, with a lovely walk around the lake, croquet lawns, crazy golf, cafe, small theatre & gallery. We also walked into the City by the side of the Nottingham Canal, a coffee stop on the way & a lovely pub The Navigation, situated by the side of a lock where you can sit and watch the narrow boats moving up or down the canal whilst having a drink & something to eat. There is plenty to see in the City & lots of places to eat & drink be it meals, snacks or just a drink.

A bit noisy from the tram running late at night Heating was set automatically, so did become quite hot at times. Overall, a great stay!

Convenient location for Warhammer World as that's the reason we came up as my husband was gaming all weekend. Lovely spacious house, kitchen was great with lots of mod cons. Bedrooms were huge. Given the showers cubicles were small- a soap holder on the wall would have been ideal. No other comments.

If I need to say something, just the shower. With the electric boiler the water caudal was poor. But it's to say something, not a big deal really.

The Villa was excellent. equipped, very comfy and located in a veru quiet area with Tram station very near. For sure I will book it again when coming back to Nottingham

Jasmine Villa, is a fantastic place to stay. It's warm, clean and comfortable and the tram stop is just around the corner. We were attending a concert in the city centre and it was so easy to get the tram to and from the venue. It was lovely to meet Mark when we arrived, and all communication before arrival was great and dealt with very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed during a mild spell in November and the heating was a bit too high for my liking but I wasn’t in the house much and I didn’t want to fiddle with the controls. Better than being too cold! Also the water was a bit noisy in the radiators, but really this is a minor thing. Also the nearby tram was noisy from quite early in the morning, but they didn’t run all night.

Fantastic property - you get the whole house with 3 double bedrooms; comfortable beds, extremely well appointed kitchen with sufficient washing facilities (incl dishwasher and washing machine) provided, great location to Uni campus (20 minutes walk to the East Midlands Conference Centre) and centre of Nottingham via tram. Owner very helpful with check in communication. One small parking space outside the house but additional free street parking between 5pm and 9am.

Nothing not to like - accommodation was great.

Villa was large and spacious - perfect for a family of 4 across the 3 bedrooms. Photos on the site are very accurate... rooms are large and decorated with a consistent theme and colour. The kitchen is great - all the expected appliances and a lovely selection of crockery, utensils, pots and pans. A few tea/coffee making bits came in handy along with the shower gel. Beds were comfy (linen provided and beds made) and towels were nice. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at the uni and hopping on the tram into the city. Handy being able to park on the front of the property. Great communication from the owners before and during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. It really was a perfect place to stay over.
