The ensuite is very small and contains the only shower. The main bathroom only has a bath. You need to take dish washer tablets. Washing up liquid is provided. It isn't quiet at night (especially at weekends and particularly up in the mezzanine), but that is to be expected due to the location.

Lovely accommodation that is very comfortable. It is in an amazing location in the centre of the city. Numerous pubs and restaurants within 200m. Bonus of free parking spot. The balcony has only a carpark view, but it is a lovely place to relax in good weather. The apartment is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Good communication with the owners.

The one thing I would add is a mirror on the mezzanine level as I had to buy one so that I could do my hair up there. Also more mugs for coffee so that you don’t have to wash mugs every time. If there were a few more you could put them in dishwasher and get a clean one

Oh my goodness this property is absolutely amazing ! Our instructions to gain access were straightforward and we found the property no problem. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Chester. The Property is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It has everything needed for your stay. If was warm and cozy and felt very safe. We cannot wait to stay again.

Unfortunately, the downside of city centre living was the refuse collection early in the morning and at our time of visiting there were building works opposite nearing completion.

The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the beds of an extremely high quality. I was especially pleased that the attention to detail spread to the use of pillow protectors which are so often missed. The parking was easily assessable even for our estate car.

A fantastic Apartment right in the heart of the City, less than 1 minute walk from Watergate, with parking. The apartment itself is exceptional and has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay enjoyable. The owners really have gone that extra mile to make make everyone visiting right at home. The owners are also very helpfulI. cannot recommend this Apartment enough and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Chester.

No real issues but using the key fob could be a little confusing the first time - you need to touch the sensor with the key symbol!

Location was excellent and reasonably quiet. There was a problem with a beeping noise from the smoke alarm in next door's apartment and Kelly & Graeme did their best to sort it out with the building management and kept in touch to let us know progress.

The location was very central. Super decor and quirky layout. Kids loved the jungle theme. Very clean. Tea/coffee on arrival was a nice touch. Chester is a gorgeous walled city that is really under promoted

To be honest everything was perfect except that I found a spider inside the apartment and one of used socks behind the bedside table ,needs to ensure that the cleaners are clean properly after each guest

The only downside was the double bed, my husband is over 6ft and the bed was not long enough. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The property was in a great location to the centre. The apartments décor was superb and an absolute plus point for my children! It was cleaned to a high level and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable.

Just small things to be aware of. We had a 7.45am start with construction work opposite (they’re building houses and cottages) with drilling, beeping, shouting angle grinding. Didn’t happen the following morning so it may well just be odd times and they look like they’re getting close to completing the noisiest part of the project. The parking spots are super tight, be careful with todays larger cars! It’s not a smart tv so there’s no Netflix / Amazon or airplay available. The bathrooms are a little dated but given how much attention the owners have given to the rest of the apartment I’m sure they’ll get to it.

We loved the theme and decor of Jungle Escape. Great attention to detail. Amazing location right in the heart of the Rows with a secure parking space which is an absolute bonus! There’s plenty of crockery, glassware etc Very comfy, firm beds and pillows. We appreciated the radio which you could hook up your phone to to play music. It was great (and v fortunate given the dodgy weather this month!) to be able to sit outside on the terrace for a sundowner.

Not staying longer!!! The perfectly placed and secure parking space is a little tight if you have a larger car.

By far, the BEST apartment I have ever stayed in! Amazing location, amazing facilities - right down to the little things you might forget, or not have enough of (dishwasher tablets, coffee pods to name but 2). Wonderful, relaxing lounge, comfy beds plus the enormous terrace...what more could you ask for!!! The cherry on the cake is the fabulous jungle decor - wonderfully quirky! We WILL be back!
