We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Reasonable sized room, the breakfast was great and a special mention to Isabel who served us at breakfast, she was excellent. Location was good and we had sea views and the parking was a bonus. The pier is around 10 mins stroll and well worth visiting as were the shops in town.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the free parking was a bonus. The staff were pleasant, especially the blonde lady supervising breakfast, and the young male receptionist.

I can’t comment on the food or restaurant because I went out with friends into town, however the bar is well stocked and the staff bend over backwards for you, excellent weekend, no problems, i highly recommend the Kensington hotel, and I’ll DEFINITELY stay again, thank you to ALL the staff 10/10
