The property is very compact so the bathroom is very small and there isn't much space in the bedroom or lounge/kitchen

The location and host were both excellent. It was within walking distance of an excellent restaurant and easy driving to various beaches. Marie was right next door and very helpful.

Kiki's corner is a little Gem!!! We went on holiday in Cornwall and we're not driving. We spent a week here. The Location is spot on. Well served by buses. 10min away from Newquay town centre and the beaches. The apartment is immaculate clean, the linen are great quality and all the necessary equipment are provided. The wifi works and there's Netflix and some DVD for movie lovers. Marie is a Brilliant and caring host. We were welcome with a nice card and some scones. She's prepared a book with all the necessary information about the places to eat or visit in the area. It was the perfect place for us as a couple. We are already planning to return next year. We highly recommend.

Lovely, cosy annex for a weekend away. Nice and warm with all the amenities we needed, including good kitchen appliances, TV and a nice, big, comfy bed! Honestly, some of the best customer service I've had on booking.com. The host was so friendly, responded to messages quickly and provided all the information we could need for our stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the public transport connections. Very easy to get to Quintrell Downs by train or bus, and regular buses to and from Newquay from right outside the property.

There was nothing about this property we didn’t like!

Upon arrival all details were messaged directly to us for instructions on accessing the property which we found very helpful. The property was clean and tidy and a good space! There was even some milk / bread and other bits and pieces that Marie had left us which we thought was lovely. The bed was nice and comfy and even made use of the board games within the property which made up for some of the weather - all in all we have had an amazing weekend away and would definitely book this property again! Would highly recommend the property to anyone travelling to Newquay whether it be for work or leisure! It really does have everything you need - it felt like a home away from home

The bathroom was a little bit cramped but I can't complain as the premises overall were very well maintained and clean.

Marie was lovely and went out of her way to make conversation with us and suggest some really nice spots close by. She also introduced us to Kiki and a folder full of potential touristy things to do.

We were very happy with the property. Marie is a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble for her. She left lots of essentials for us which were very much appreciated. We were only about 2 miles away from a lovely beach and there were three places to eat within just a couple of minutes walk from the property. The weather wasn't too clever for a few days but we were so relaxed it did not bother us and we were just happy to chill being in doors. It is plenty big enough for 2 people. We also met Kiki who is beautiful. We will be going back next year and are already looking forward to it.

Everything. Marie is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. On the flip side we are very private people and she made it known she is available but left us to our own devices. The apartment is self contained with everything you need with little extras including bread, jams, butter, milk, cereals and biscuits. Walking distance to shops and pubs and a short drive to Newquay town and beaches

First night was disrupted by dogs barking (past 11pm).

Very comfortable. There were a few supplies, bread and milk etc. which was gratefully received. Bed was comfortable and cosy. Great location for getting into Newquay or to the A30.

I really don't have anything negative to say regarding our visit to kiki corner other than it has the potentially to get very warm in the summer months but I don't think this would stop us returning 🙂

Cute little annex an hour walk into Newquay, which was perfect for me and my wife as the scenary on our daily walk into town was beautiful. We loved this place the moment we walked through the door, it was extremely clean and smelled fresh and w all the amenities you would need. Parking was great and easy location to find sandwiched in between 2 great pubs.

Great location and off road parking. Marie was very welcoming and we were greeted with a lovely cream tea. We had everything we needed and much more. Marie even provided us with basic food supplies, bread, milk, butter, jams, tea, coffee & sugar. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Even though we had everything we needed Marie told us to ask if we required any extra clean towels or bed linen, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely return for another stay & we highly recommend Kiki's Corner.

Kiki’s Corner was a perfect home from home. We were absolutely delighted with the added touches which were waiting our arrival. The property is very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed plus more besides. Marie was a perfect host, very friendly and super helpful. Kiki’s Corner is very close to bus stops and the train station in Quintrell Downs.

Unfortunately we clearly came at the wrong time in September as the weather wasn’t on our side the whole time. This wasn’t due to the property just bad luck!

Property was spotless when we arrived and was lovely and cosy. Perfect home from home for us. Was a short drive from Newquay town which was a must for us. A few pubs and a shop short walk away. Marie was a wonderful host or not only said hello when we arrived but left us a card, put a congratulations banner up and left us some scones as this was our honeymoon. Had everything you could need. We would definitely return in the coming years.
