There was lots of noise from people outside due to the positioning of the hotel near local bars/clubs. But this isn't the hotel's fault and ear plugs were kindly provided to help cancel out some of the noise, which was such a lovely added touch. This wouldn't put me off booking to stay here again.

What a fantastic hotel!! The staff were so friendly and helpful upon arrival and the room blew me away!! It was so beautifully decorated, so calming, so clean and so spacious. There were even extra, thoughtful treats to enjoy in the room! I was staying over because I was going to a party, but I almost cancelled so I could just stay in the room!!! I will definitely look to stay here again.

Very noisy at night until 3am but that's totally to be expected. There were no English breakfast tea bags for my morning brew but literally that was the only fault.

Room was stunning. Beautiful design comfortable furniture well equipped kitchen. Shower was amazing it was central and the cocktails down in the bar were exceptional

Carpet in sitting area was a little stained, could do with cleaning but probably replacing with a darker carpet / pattern.

Had a split level room, everything was fantastic, staff were super friendly and our dog was also made very welcome at no extra charge. Fantastic bath tub and shower, loved the balcony and everything was immaculately clean.

Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like here. All I can say is we only got 1 pair of socks in the room, rather than 2 but that's hardly a complaint haha

Leven was an absolute dream! I can't recommend this hotel enough. Luxurious and the staff were brilliant.

Staff were really friendly, felt safe and despite there being a lot of clubs nearby room was quiet at night with the windows closed. Room was ideal size, bed really comfy.

Location could potentially be a bit noisy as it is located in a main area for bars and night life. However this is not the fault of the hotel and they thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The noise wasn't terrible even with being on a lower floor and it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Delightful and stylish hotel in the heart of Manchester with friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable and the room well-designed. Great bathroom with lovely products. I will definitely stay here again. We had excellent coffees when we checked out in the morning. I also highly recommend trying a cocktail as it was the perfect way to end our evening.

No bad words to say except the TV only had about 5 working channels - but not too much of an issue as you could cast from your phone!

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern! We chose a King room and was upgraded to a living space free of charge for no reason which was amazing! The TV in the room had the option to phone cast too which is something a lot of places don’t offer - nice little touches!
