    I can't fault it.

Delicious breakfast with lots of variety, fresh fruits and hot options. Artisan jams, high quality bread, good coffee. A real treat served in a beautiful room. We also booked the Turkish bath treatment. It was 10/10. A special tiled room with adjacent sauna. Felt very luxurious for the price. The man carrying out the treatment was professional and very good. We were a little late and it did not cause a problem. The building over all is very special. Has a roof terrace for a drink in the sun.

nothing apart from a black out blind would have been useful as our room was in front of a street light

super quirky with great attention to detail, loved all the artworks and furniture. We loved the breakfasts and variety (don’t miss out on the opportunity)

The whole décor and overall aesthetic or the hotel was wonderful, the themed rooms was fun and unique, aside from the theme we had a spacious room with a lovely bathroom, the bed was comfortable and a thermostat available to customise to personal preference which I don't see very often in hotels, we had a dinner and breakfast and both were exceptional, the dinner was fairly high end and delicious, the breakfast was a buffet of sorts and had plenty to choose from, the staff were lovely and very helpful during our stay, although we didn't use the wellness centre or the 24hour gym if we are to return we shall definitely make use of them. Highly recommend this lovely hotel that's taken the what used to be a library into a wonderful hotel.

Nice, quirky decorated hotel, with friendly staff, fast WiFi, nice room with decent shower. Only 5 mins walk from the Limehouse overground, and 10 mins walk from Troxy, where I went to a concert at. Has a few shops and places to eat along the way to Troxy if you need something quick as well.

Nothing - everything was great. Our stay there was short.

A quirky little hotel, but very clean and tidy. The staff were all very pleasant and check-in was easy. We were early to arrive and were able to leave our bags. Only a 5 min walk from DLR line and then only a couple of stops til you are at Tower Bridge, Tower of London etc.

It's next to the DLR so you can hear the trains go by, although I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me at all. We had the Wizard of Oz room - really nice but could be even better with an extra mirror, light in the coffee area and a box or something to put bags/things on.

Lovely hotel - really nice touches, quirky, quiet. Staff lovely. Comfy bed and spacious room. Nice to have air con. Treats in the room, along with nice tea and coffee an added bonus.

Bathrobes are tiny. Strange smell in the bar, they take 100npounds off your card for pre authorisation which wasn't mentioned. Breakfast start time randomly was put an hour and a half later on the day of the marathon, which meant we couldn't have breakfast as my husband was running the marathon. Drinks expensive. Paid 30 quid for a coffee, a tea, and 2 pints.

    Lovely rooms, large for London.

Our room only had one mirror which was in the bathroom. As a group of 3 girls this made getting ready very difficult. It’s right behind the train line so was quite noisy but nothing some ear plugs can’t fix.

Really lovely hotel, super quirky and interesting - really sets it apart from most modern hotels that are all white and beige! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had some amazing cocktails in the bar before heading out. The Turkish spa was incredible, really recommend the exfoliating scrubbing + foaming massage. Will definitely be back in the future, loved it.

The check in was stressful as I don't use my given name Elizabeth but I am called Libby and they took details of both of our identities and I had to preautherise £100! They must have had thefts in the past... Once I had proved who I was however, the staff were friendly... There were too many little statues etc which spoilt the decor for us and our deluxe room was pretty tiny.

The location was great for us as it was near The George Tavern where our daughters fashion show was taking place, so we could walk there. It was handy for the DLR Limehouse station too the next day. The room was clean and comfy and we liked the carpets and the quirky feel. As we had to leave early, we didn't have breakfast.

Very supportive and absolutely stunning service. The personell was able to organize everything needed and is highly able to get things done for the customer! Breakfast is absolutely amazing with a continental & Turkish touch. Refilled the chevys and everything else very consistently. Room was very very spacious and the minibar was refilled daily. Also you get a big bottle of Water daily for free. The restaurant has a nice menu and the prizes are pretty fair for a 4Star Hotel. The food was great and fresh!
