Great little bnb in summertown, very close to bus stop that takes you into town (about a 10 min bus ride). Summertown is a lovely part of Oxford with some brilliant restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly staff who were accommodating despite me being late to breakfast. Great selection for breakfast. Comfy mattresses, cosy room that was clean and appropriate amenities.

Very small bath/showerroom. But just fine for two nights

Booked the triple room for 2 nights for me and my parents. It was a very nice room. The single bed was very comfortable, the double bed felt different and was a little less comfortable but ok for two nights. The room was very clean and we liked the little table and chairs! The bathroom was very small but the shower was good. The breakfast offered is really nice. A choice of eggs, croissants, toast and some jams, cereal, milk, juices. Perfectly fine. The busstop to the city centre is right in front which is very convenient. The B&B is on a very busy road so there is some noise in the triple room. We were able to park our car right in front of the accomodation which was awesome! All in all a very nice and comfortable stay

Lovely area to visit, just under 25 mins to walk into Oxford Centre. Great value for money. Staff were incredibly efficient, smiley and helpful. Will definitely return.

Some oddities such as the lever on the sink tap being missing. If you are at the front of the property on a Saturday night it could be quite noisy. Maybe ask for a back room if you can.

The staff are friendly and will help you out if you need anything. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Checking in was not well organised. Wasn’t given codes for key boxes so had to call for help. When given codes key boxes were empty so member of staff had to be called to let me in.

Shared bathroom wasn't always clean. Would be great to have handwash provided in the shared bathroom: I know there is a sink in the bedroom and soap provided but it isn't so great not to wash hands properly before leaving the bathroom and isn't hygienic for door handles/light switches etc.

Staff were super friendly. Location great for getting into the city centre by bus. Room was cosy.

Our triple room facing the main road was a bit noisy - we could hear all the traffic passing by - but actually, we didn't mind it and we will stay there again.

Welcoming host, charming room (we stayed in 'Chelsea' room), bus into the centre of Oxford just a few steps away from the doorstep.

The water pressure wasn’t the best.

Comfortable beds with nice breakfast. Can park in front of the guest house and some local shops around.

Shower wasn't great (electric shower and not v powerful) but that might just be a water pressure issue. Continental breakfast was a little bit limited.

Very conveniently located, comfortable room with everything you need for a night or two. V useful to be able to leave bags there after check out to collect later.
