We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was difficult to find using my sat nav, because it is a left turn into a concealed entrance, with a small sign immediately after a left turn if approaching from Falmouth. If approaching from the other direction the sign cannot be seen, a map would be useful.
This is a self catering one bedroom ground floor flat. Every appliance and utensil was provided with even a pizza cutter together with 4 lovely big wine glasses. Large flat screen tv, comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space.

United KingdomThe sofa was the only seating in the lounge for 4 people and as a sofa bed it was OK for one person. We were prepared as our 4th person used an airbed so it didn't have an effect on our stay. The accommodation does accept up to 4 so we could expect facilities for 4.
Good size for the 4 of us. Close enough to town centre to walk in and taxis buses available or train to Penryn Campus which was our event location. Lots of Bedding and towels.

United KingdomA bit of an issue with damp in the property but dehumidifier provided. Instructions for using dehumidifier would be helpful. No instructions on central heating - an electric heater was provided but no access to central heating via radiators. Cheese grater would be good addition to kitchen items.
Good location between the main Falmouth beaches and town centre. Great Smart TV with Netflix. Comfortable bed with nice storage space. Lots of clean towels provided. Nice hot shower. Nice touch providing coffee and tea.

South AfricaThe flat is attached to another house and at times soundproofing could've been better, but overall not too bad.
Property was neat and tide, the furniture was very modern and functional. The kitchen was well stocked and catered for - there were enough pots, pans, utensils, cutlery and crockery to use. Washing machine worked like a charm. Plently of towels and extra linen provided. We were very happy overall and would stay here again.

United KingdomKitchen badly equipment and oven from Jurassic period, bed very uncomfortable mattress needs renewing sofa bed like a brick to sleep on. Wall so thin you can almost hear the conversation of the people next door and very expensive for what it was. No lock on toilet door.

United KingdomThe damp! Literally mould everywhere. The walls are covered. Radiators are even rusty! We only stayed for three nights and on final day, our clothes smelled damp. Bed linen/blankets smelled of damp too. Duvet was too small for a double bed. Toilet seat was loose. Heating is apparently controlled by adjacent property. Cleanliness needs more attention. TV is frankly unusable. Wi-fi is not “super fast” as advised.
The property is in a good location. Approximately 30-40 minute walk to the town. Parking is a positive with a designated space on the drive.

United KingdomThe kitchen has damp in the cupboard under the sink also has damp in the living room in the large cupboard that has a mop and bucket in it. The toilet seat is loose. The noise in the evenings through the walls is horrendous. All you hear is lots of banging, dogs barking and shouting. It looks clean but isn't top notch clean
