A little gem of a B&B. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent variety of drinks in the hospitality tray and a superb choice of breakfast. Anthony & Siobhan offer a warm and welcoming experience. Lincoln is easy to get to and a great place to stay if you fancy the 5k parkrun at Boultham Park

The breakfast was sumptuous, delicious and plentiful. Our room is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the facilities to be expected. Choice of bottled water in the room is unexpected and a nice touch. The large screen TV is also a delight, particularly to watch the Rugby World Cup! A character house with a fantastic and peaceful garden. Everything in this property is carefully designed and thought out.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely comfortable room. Anthony and Siobhan are lovely and take great care to give you a lovely stay. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast had a great choice and was served beautifully. You can sit in the garden with a glass of wine if you wish. Secure parking and electric points available. Local pubs and restaurants were a short drive away. Took five minutes to drive into Lincoln centre. Would 100% stay here again. Lovely city to visit.

Honestly cannot fault the place at all! The only thing I can think of would be a slightly more up to date smart TV, but that is very minor.

Everything! The room was spotless and well stocked, with great facilities. Anthony and Siobhan were both incredibly polite, amenable, and so easy to get along with. The room was restockes with coffees/tea/milk/water/chocolates each day. We were provided ice buckets and champagne flutes. The breakfast was made to a superb quality, with lots of choices. Honestly cannot recommend it more!

The location was ideal for travelling into the city of Lincoln only 10 mins by car There was also a bus stop just outside The b&b was absolutely spotless one of the best I’ve stopped in and very well organised Anthony and Siobhan were exceptional hosts and the breakfast was second to none Will be stopping there again

Nothing. The stay was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. You pre-order your breakfast by 8pm the night before. You can specify for example how many sausages you want. There was a wide menu you can choose from. The bonus was that the jams and bread were homemade. Anthony and Siobhan put in so much effort in creating a wonderful breakfast and stay. If you drive an electric car, there are two charging points on their premises. The house has a beautiful garden and you could sit and read your book if you so wish.

The only thing I would have liked was a shelf in the shower for my own toiletries, although shampoo and shower gel are provided, I sometimes prefer to use my own. Otherwise, no dislikes.

We thought the standard of accommodation was very high with lots of lovely little touches. The house was comfortably furnished to match the style of the building. with little nick-knacks in the rooms. The bedding was of a good quality, and the bed itself was huge and really comfy. The bathroom was large with a bath and a super sized walk-in shower. We had the food tray on the first night, it was a good choice and we enjoyed relaxing over it in the room with our own bottle of wine. Breakfast was amazing, we had something different each day, it was all freshly prepared and served on a rather nicely set table. Anthony and Siobhan were most welcoming and helpful, especially with ideas of where to eat. The whole place was one of the cleanest I have stayed in and we particularly liked the décor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Redlands - the perfect place in Lincoln for a relaxing weekend break. Delicious breakfasts, immaculate comfortable room, lovely hosts and very easy access to great local attractions - International Bomber Command Centre and Lincoln Castle (wonderful medieval wall walk). We’ll definitely recommend!

Exceptional attention to detail, Anthony and Siobhan couldn't have been more attentive and gracious. Thanks for the jug of elderflower in the garden Anthony. Fabulous breakfast, with loads of choice and home made toast. Bedroom was beautifully appointed with a terrific shower and beds with an individual choice of pillows. Also nice coffee and real milk in the bedroom. And the house itself is beautiful throughout. A and S have created an exceptional place to stay.

Everything at Little Redlands was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was first class and locally sourced. The gardens were well maintained and great to just sit in and relax. The whole property was full of lovely little touches and Anthony and Siobhan could not have done more.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful property. We felt very spoiled and looked after. Amazing breakfasts and very comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend Little Redlands to our friends and family.

Simply the best B&B we've ever stayed in. The building itself is a gem. Beautifully decorated and surrounded by a wonderful garden. Wonderful spacious room that was spotlessly clean. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and more. Lots of nice touches and extras dotted around to anticipate your every need. The ensuite bathroom was incredibly spacious with a huge shower and free standing bath. It felt very luxurious with huge soft towels and bathrobes. You feel very pampered Indeed! The breakfast is outstanding, all quality produce and the choice was like no place we've been to before with fruit, berries, yoghurt, compote and cereals, eggs Benedict, eggs Florentine, as well as a fantastic full English and various other amazing options. A great location for exploring Lincoln and they were always on hand to answer any question or provide suggestions. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy, so we slept well both nights. We really hope to be back soon, I think I would even stay there occasionally if I lived in Lincoln myself!
