Food at dinner was nothing like advertised very bland not much choice only water or tea or coffee with food as no juice in machine. O WiFi upstairs had to pay 7 pounds a day fir hotel Internet.

The fact is that none of the windows open ( sure, that's a health and safety issue ). Breakfast should be included in the price of your stay, not pay separately, I get the evening meal . Entertainment left a lot to be desired. The same girls singing every night , and I was looking forward to ABBA tribute night 7which has 4 members and one girl singing . The hotel itself is a bit dated

How you had to change from lift to lift for each floor. Hard with my mum in wheelchair. My husband was on 2nd floor and me and my mum were put on 5th floor so very far apart when needed help with my disabled mum.

Close to the sea and amenities. Good for me as my mum is in a wheelchair. Breakfast was amazing. And staff on breakfast service were great nothing to much 😄

The wifi was only available on the ground floor and our room was on the 5th floor. We reserved a room with 2 twin beds since it was my daughter & I traveling together but the room felt like very sterile and unwelcoming. It really felt like we were in a hospital room.

The Llunduno location was perfect. Easy to get to down to downtown. Fun to walk the pier next door. Grand Hotel had a good breakfast room.

Although down stairs was grand, our room was not! Although we had a sea view the windows were so dirty we could not get a clear view, the bathroom had no towel rail or shelf for our toiletries. Toilet seat was loose.

Downstairs magnificent and as name says Grand, positioning for what we wanted to do was perfect. Shower was good. View was if the beach. Evening entertainment was good.

The layout of the bathroom was ridiculous. Shower curtain rail half way in over the bath which meant it stuck to your body when showering. That and the so called bath towels would not go around a 5 year old

Very dated decor,, simple furniture in rooms, very easy to here people in surrounding rooms. Ok to sleep but certainly not as special as the location warrants. There's no parking

We were in a room next to the lift and it was very noisy. 4th floor twin sea view. Could have done with more shelves in the bathroom, towel rail and more hooks in the bedroom. TV was hit and miss and cups were hard to clean.

no bath in this room. balcony although accessible did not really look safe to go out on , very rusty. very,very creaky floors. radiators were on but you could not adjust because the caps were either missing or rounded off, luckily the door opened and a very nice sea breeze could come in.

first room given was poor, mattress was terrible, you could feel all the springs. but we were upgraded to a premier room which was much better, good bed, more room. a few faults but not really a problem.

Bed not that comfy but bearable. No fresh air in room as windows were sealed shut. All I heard most of the night was doors slamming .
