The sign on the building is very small , so late at night it is difficult to find. One of the towels had a stain, so I think it is time to change it. More toiletries would be nice.

The staff was fantastic, everything was very well organised. Comfortable beds , tea, and coffee in the bedroom.

I guess being so close to the street was allways going to be hard to sleep due to late night pubs revellers. But noise died down eventually. Shame there is not more sound proofing. Ear plugs provided in lobby but didn't really work for me .there was a food festival on so maybe a little busier than usual and it was a warm day so tends to bring people out more.

I like the staff and amenities. Room was very comfortable including the bed.

The room would benefit from a small side/ table lamp to have on in the evening when the children are asleep. The lighting was whole-room and bright. Also on lighting it would be good to be able to turn off the bathroom light which is on a sensor; in the middle of the night it was very bright and woke us up. Further up the road is a club/ bar which seems to play loud music in the street until 11pm. The host had kindly left ear plugs but it would be good to have maybe better seals on the windows.

We weren’t a fan of the bathroom in the disabled suite the extractor fan didn’t seem to work and it felt damp/steamy which made the toilet wet and all the toilet roll. Maybe some body wash would have also been better rather than a tiny bar of soap between the two of us. (Only a small inconvenience as we really enjoyed our stay here)

The property location was amazing, it was right next to the castle and in the middle of all the little shops and restaurants. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have slept in! It felt really nice and clean and the lady who worked there was very lovely and welcoming.

Not a problem as the owner came swiftly to solve the issue but a miscommunication error, saying 2 bunk beds were 2 beds; whereas in our minds 2 bunk beds were 4 beds ( 2 separate beds)

There is no parking within the walled city so you must park off site and walk into the property (there is drop off availability at certain times). People coming out of the nearby bars can be loud in the late hours.

This property is located within the walled city and only steps away from Canaerfon Castle, the waterfront, and a load of boutiques, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops. The staff were very responsive. Room was small but comfortable with very good wifi.

I didn't choose the best of rooms (ground floor disabled room)as it felt a little isolated - not cheerful - with no outside view but it was comfortable and close to kitchen facilities . Not the fault of the accommodation.

It was a bit noisy from some restaurants in the street in the evening, better soundproofing from the window in the room would help :) Some USB electrical sockets and/or an adaptor for UK power sockets would be useful for international travelers.

It’s a shame they don’t offer some form of breakfast, even cereals, but the kitchen is good and useful, and has a large fridge. I’m not sure why they don’t offer toiletries; it shouldn’t have been offered in Bookings.com. The single beds are a little small.

Lovely person who greeted us. A beautiful room which we were moved to when she saw my mother couldn’t easily walk up a further flight of steps, so they were very flexible and accommodating. A nice view of one of the nicest streets in Caernarfon. Close to nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. It seems I didn’t know that they had a room (for those with mobility issues) on the ground floor, but it was apparently taken. Finally, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Late night noise from nearby venues over the weekend. Bring earplugs. No lift and many stairs.

Staff was responsive and friendly. Issues with the room were addressed quickly. Clean, convenient to bus and major sites, on charming street. Felt secure. Full kitchen. A place for quiet travelers, not a party hostel.

Only downside the heating not working properly, but staff gave us a heater. Room windows directly on the street so can be noisy in busy w-e evenings.

Good place to stay as a family. Nice family room with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Nice staff. They have a small kitchen that guests can use for snacks, really handy when travelling with children. Premium location.
