Room was at the top floor of the hotel and was very warm, there was a low level standing fan though which could have been better if more powerful and the taller type. I think during the hot summer months it could be a bit unbearable in that room. There was no fridge in the room which would have been a real bonus as I felt, asking the bar downstairs for ice a bit cheeky. They did provide it though.

The breakfast was very good, pick from a menu which was served until late afternoon. The location was especially ideal for getting around a few minutes from Albert Dock and the shops. Beds were comfortable and ours was extra big. Shower was also very good. We were given bottled water to take out with us which was a nice touch. Meg and Andrew were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and they offered much advice about the surrounding areas to visit. Thanks guys.

We were returning our rental car & wanted to drop our luggage off prior to doing so. In the space of 10 minutes we received a hefty parking ticket. Be vigilant!

A pleasant boutique hotel in a great location. We arrived an hour before check in and were able to leave our luggage which was later transferred to our room on the second floor. Our tastefully decorated room with a very comfortable Kingsize bed was large with plenty of storage space. The towels were thick & luxurious! Hotel staff were pleasant, helpful & accommodating. We opted to have Breakfast at the hotel which was paid separately. Great coffee & excellent meals.

Very nice place in a perfect position near the centre. The room was nicely decorated, it was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast in the bar was good, with a big selection and good coffee, although this is charged as extra (which we knew when we booked). The staff were all friendly too, without exception.

The stairs but only because I'm so unfit!! Haha. I did book this knowing there was no lift and it was fine - i could work off some of the lovely cocktails from the bar on my way up to the room. The staff offered to help with luggage.

In a great location with lovely rooms, staff were great. Special shout to Luke who was fantastic, had lots of local knowledge and recommendations for us. He was always there to help or ask us how our day was, remembering parts of previous conversations. The bed and pillows were so comfy.
