Onefam Hostel in London is an incredibly cosy place. It’s perfect for solo travellers looking to make great friends. I had the opportunity to visit twice, and each time, I was treated exceptionally well. "Onefam" truly feels like a big family. If you're staying at this hostel, your days in London will be filled with happiness and lots of laughter. It’s a magical place. However, there’s one thing you should know... no matter how many days you stay, you’ll never want to leave. Thank you, Onefam (and the wonderful team), for giving me two perfect stays.

Because of the condition of the building the showers are really small and sometimes busy a bit. I think it would be good to prepare yourself for this and take shower not really in busy times. Apart from that, everything was good.

The hostel has an amazing atmosphere for solo travelers with their dinners, drinking games, daily tours and parties all together. The beds were enough to rest for the night and everyone was too friendly to whole time. The facilities (kitchen, toilets, and common area) are great.

Nothing! For a hostel, everything was available and easy to use. I can’t think of anything negative !

After spending three nights at this hostel, I am happy to leave a full score review here for it ! I simply loved the place. The hostel has a very special inviting vibe, and makes you want to get to know other people, especially over the trips to the markets of London, the free dinner (which was perfect for a vegetarian person like me), the drinking games and bar outings which enable you to bond with other guests as well as the staff. The place was really clean, which is something I worry about a lot usually when I travel, but this was very well taken care of, which I really appreciated. Some particular points I enjoyed and I would like to point out : - I arrived earlier than my check in time, and Dan was so sweet to help me put my luggage in a safe spot until check in time. - After I checked out, I stayed at the hostel because I was working remotely that day, and everyone was super sweet and friendly regarding that. They allowed me to work in a dedicated space, which really meant a lot to me. - Lastly, I have to mention the staff again and again!! What a lovely group of people!! Dan, Ryan, Maya, Meg, Bert, and everyone else !!! You are amazing, thanks for making me feel like a part of your family during my short stay! Looking forward to seeing London (and you) again soon!

The staff is super friendly and motivated and they create a unique experience within London. I had such a great time. Coming here was the best decision! The organized dinners create an immediate bond between the guests.

It is an excellent place to socialize, additionally it is close to everything, the subway is an 8-minute walk away and the most incredible of all they offer a free vegetarian dinner at night, that saved my days since I didn't have much time to eat, I went out for a night out with the travelers from the hostel and it was incredible. Highly recommended!!

Best hostel! These guys were all amazing in every way. Had an incredible time meeting everyone. Very social atmosphere and everyone was super cool. The manager dan was such a nice homie! One of the rooms had a noisy door which I felt bad about for waking up my roommates. Was no problem anymore after changing rooms.

The rooms are only mixed and I struggled to find a space to comfortably change away from all the men in my room (I was the only woman with 4-5 men). The toilets are tiny and there are no toilet covers or hangers, no hangers or shelves in the shower rooms and no way to change in the room, as the guys were always there. Maybe there are more suitable spaces for that, but I haven't found them (only 1 night stay). But also shouldn't be that difficult to install a shelf of a hook in the bathroom.

The location of this hostel is fabulous. Right by Westminster, so well connected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds are super comfortable.

I had a great stay at Onefam Waterloo Hostel! When I first walked in, my name was on a welcome board and Jo at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They offered to put my bags in storage before check-in so I could go into the city without lugging them around. The rooms were nice and had a storage locker in them. Everyone that stayed and worked at the hostel were so friendly and respectful to each other. The hostel also offered free dinner, guided day activities, and a group to go out at night with! It was very clean, very fun, and had a certain sense of community about it. I would recommend Onefam Waterloo to anyone visiting London!

Beds are not so comfortable but it’s okay. If the shower has hot water it doesn’t have pressure, and if it has pressure it doesn’t have hot water. It takes long to taking a shower

This was a great experience as a first time solo traveller. Staff is great people is great I love it and want to come again soon. It’s feel good to be a part of the Fam.
