The lowest bed made me difficult for me to get out of that bed! Maybe I am old!! I am 65!

The hosts did make special breakfast for me in their kitchen - much more than I expected! They looked after me well! They made sure all went well in my room.

Nothing negative but just a side-note. The host knew what time I was arriving although I booked the room on the morning of my check-in day, and Diana was away, so there was a mix up over which room I had booked. It didn't take long for the correct room to be prepared while a friendly cat kept me company. If making a same day booking, best to confirm which room you booked in addition to your arrival time.

I enjoyed my stay at this calming place just a few minutes walk from Marylebone station. The adjustable ambience lighting throughout the property adds a nice touch and the room also gets plenty of natural daylight. The futon was very comfortable so I slept well, it was nice to have a room with a bathtub attached, and Florence prepared a delicious breakfast for me as per my Vegan dietary request. I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like!

The accommodation is a self-contained bedroom, ensuite and small patio in the host's house. The room is comfortable and beautifully done, but it is the host Diana that makes the stay. Nothing was any trouble and the breakfast that Diana made for us was amazing!

Our stay at London Park Haven was an absolute pleasure. It is a beautiful place with all details arranged to perfection. Diana is not only an excellent host but and exceptional person. Diana is a fantastic host. We had good conversations and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is perfect. Central London is just a few metro stops away from the house. The bedroom is very cozy. I absolutely recommend Diana as host.

If you have large luggage, the room will be tight, but it seems you can store it upstairs. The in-room lights were the most creative you'll probably ever see, but they do take a little bit to figure out. :-) In all, no complaints!

Amazingly hospitable hosts with great conversations. Cool cat. Over-the-top breakfast. Nice location. We would come back and would recommend this as an optimal place to stay in Marylebone (and London).

Amazing place to stay - I much prefer the personality of somewhere like this over corporate hotels. Very cosy room and a spectacular freshly prepared breakfast. Host very responsive and caring. Excellent transport links and there are the joys of Regents Park and Marylebone High Street very close by - I highly recommend Daunts Bookshop. I will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, close to a metro station. There is a very good cat in the house :3 It's calm, private and quiet. Nice lighting setup to create a mood. Breakfast was huge and very delicious. Shower was good, and the bathroom had all the things you might ever need (soap, shampoo, balsam, toothpaste, dental floss, etc.)

Had a lovely stay at the London Park Haven. Lovely place to stay, great facilities, breakfast was unbelievable and Diana was an amazing host. Our host clearly has an intimate knowledge of London, and was both welcoming but also not overbearing. We were staying here as we had a wedding nearby, and found as we were getting ready that we had a major wardrobe issue. Diana went out of her way to help us and even fixed it for us without breaking a sweat. It might not have been much trouble for her, but she absolutely made our day and we can't thank her enough for such a kind gesture.

I’m used to sleeping in complete darkness so the curtains were not screening the outside light enough for me.

Loveliest stay with the dearest hosts. Great location, cosy room, enjoyable breakfast offered even early in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this bedroom. Not a bed but a very large futon as stated, comfy enough after a long day of streetwalking. Would recommend
