The bathroom is in slightly iffy condition. Bed a bit lumpy. Kitchen is nice. Really attractive, spacious property with good view though and well located. I would have liked a printed guide to the property but everything was pretty self explanatory.

Stunningly clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location, amazing views, lovely host whom I met on the last day. I’m 1000% going to be booking here again visiting my son(if I can get in here!). Oh and great value for money!!😁😁😁.

Parking! It is street parking and I only managed to park on the street twice. The rest of the time I was about a 15 minute walk away in surrounding streets. There is a car park down the steps nearby which offers free overnight parking.

It was clean and modern. The apartment is in a great location to explore Falmouth. It was a 10 minute walk into the town center, downhill. So don’t forget it’s a steep climb on the way back!

We had a small issue with the parking but this was promptly resolved by the host.

Cosy apartment close to the centre of the town (5 mins) with well equipped kitchen.The private parking is essential in this part of Falmouth. The host was very responsive with arrival instructions, etc.

Even though we had a dedicated parking space, somebody stole our spot. So we had to park on the street, that's not easy to find, for 2 nights. Good thing the property owner settled the problem.

It's very cozy and well decorated. The property owner lives downstairs so any problems can be settled quickly. .

The matras had seen better days and was a little uncomfortable.

Great apartment and beautifully decorated throughout. We cooked Christmas dinner for 5 people and it had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Sofa is a sofa bed, so quite hard to sit on. I couldn't stop the towel rail pouring out heat for the first 24 hours.

It is up a steep hill from town/the beach, but our child was in a flat quite a bit further up their first year at uni here, so it didn't seem so bad to us!

Great location, right along from the Sea View pub (good food and beer there). Lovely little flat. Only on the normal first floor, so not a massive amount of steps to climb like some Falmouth flats! Easy to find, and on street parking nearby.

The only thing I would ask for is a set of shelves of a cupboard to put non-fridge food in.

The property was just what we needed for a short stay while walking the coast path. The lounge was nicely furnished and a pleasant place to sit. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Water for the shower and in the taps was hot, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The views were good from the front of the flat, and it was a fairly short walk to the town centre. It was also very handy having a parking space behind.

Our host was brilliant and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, especially making things right for our little boy. I didn't release just how close we were to the centre of town and the beach! Really stylish flat. Just great.

A few minutes walk down to central Falmouth. Very central location. Off-street parking available which is very important in this busy location with narrow streets. Very well appointed and renovated apartment.
