The day we arrived was a nice sunny day, so it would've been nice to have somewhere to sit out in the garden, but that is the only thing I could fault.

The home was lovely, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and when we had a little issue, he was round to help out very quickly. The cinema room was really cosy and such a great addition.

From communication to the comforts of a beautiful home. Everything exceeded so very happy. No complaints at all. Beds comfortable. House is spotless. Shops within walking distance. The owner is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

1. Needs good cleaning/cleaners 2. Needs lots of touching up. 3. The cinema room is misleading and smells damp. 4. The Little bathroom is not suitable for 7. 5. Needs more mugs and towels. 6. AND IMPORTANT Realistically only sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids

Beautiful property in a very nice area, especially liked the cinema room. Could happily spend a weekend here without leaving the house. Very clean and everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. No noise from the area at all. 10/10.

The bathroom and toilet were a little small and compacted. The bathroom upstairs, the shower head could be replaced with a newer one and better functionality but this just me being picky....

Nothing it met our needs perfectly.

This home was a perfect and well priced option for our friend group get together. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is so much space and we found the area to be quiet and peaceful. The owner met us on arrival and was extremely pleasant and helpful. We used the tram to get direct from Manchester train station and it was quick and easy. We then proceeded to use Uber for the rest of our travels around the city which worked out cheap enough between us all so the location of this property although a little further from the centre worked brilliantly for us. The property owners were on hand and contactable when needed with good communication. On street parking was easily accessible and we didnt struggle to find spaces. I would consider this property again if staying in the area.

It was welcoming, clean, well equipped and just as described. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and parking was plentiful. We got taxis in and out of town, which worked well for us. There are good shops nearby to get food etc and it was far enough out of town to be wonderfully quiet. The host was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.
