Everything was really clean, the owner was really helpful and the facilities were great. It was very comfortable and everything worked. The bed was very low - which wasn't at all a problem but may be a consideration if you have knee problems. Had a great night's sleep though!

The bed was very low and was difficult to get out of for older people. There were very few hangers in the wardrobes although there was plenty of hanging and drawer space. Also there was only one fork in the cutlery drawer although the apartment could sleep four.

Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied in the apartment. The apartment was easy to find and was conveniently located for Sunderland city centre and for outlying attractions.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay the apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean...we made our selves a meal and the owners had provided plenty of cutlery, plates e.t.c and pots and pans it was a great stay we will definitely book again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, we found it very enjoyable and had a comfortable night's sleep. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The place was very homey and cosy, like a little home away from home. A decent size and affordable in price compared to hotel room options, and very true to description and photots. In a quiet location but close enough to walk to some shops and takeaways just a few minutes away. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Easy enough to find, plenty parking, and a great shower.

Noisy boiler only downside to my visits

Facilities good boiler a little noisy On my 2nd stay previous visitor did not clean mess they left However landlord did bring clean Sheets Towels and offer extra day FOC for hassle it caused me Which I thought was very kind

The worst thing was the window in the kitchen would not close, this made me feel quite vulnerable as it was ground floor and I was alone. It wax not as clean as I expected.

Having the bed on the floor And also having only one fork to eat with Aso the shower holder was snapped in one place So I did the best I could to shower There was hot water

Myself and my friend stayed, bedroom for myself and sofa bed in living room for him - poor guy had no covers! Obviously we didn’t bring any with us yes I felt bad :(

This is a ground floor flat in a housing estate. It had noisy neighbours, both in the building and out in the street late at night. This could have been isolated incidents, so i wouldn't overly be concerned with that. The sofabed in the living room needed a good revamp, as it was heavily stained. Possibly due to previous tenants not putting a sheet down when sleeping on it. The heating and hot water had been switched off and i had to locate the combi boiler to get it running. The thermostatic mixer shower was broken and i had to adjust the combi boiler water temperature in order to be able to use the shower. Only the tiniest bin was provided for rubbish. I had to leave the rubbish tied up in bags in the kitchen. The bathroom didn't have adequate ventilation, so the solution was to leave the window open whilst showering, which was not ideal on cold mornings. This could have been a great place to stay had the landlord kept up with a little maintenance. I have to come to Sunderland several times a year and this would be a good base for me if the above was dealt with. In it's current condition, i would not go back, which is a shame, as it only needs a little work.

It was close to where i needed to be. It had decent parking. Multiple amenities were nearby.
