There was nothing we didn't like - the owner has thought of everything! Minor detail - having operating instructions for the kitchen appliances in the apartment would be very helpful.

Immaculate, thoughtfully renovated, secure property in a fantastic location. The apartment was very comfortable, including the bed, and had everything we might have wanted, including a kitchen, a/c, safe, washing machine, large flat-screen tv and blackout shades. The location is wonderful, truly in the heart of Hampstead, on a residential stretch of road a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants/cafes/shops, Hampstead Heath and a quick and easy Tube ride into central London. The owner was easy-to-reach, responsive and friendly. Getting initial access to the apartment was a cinch.

My family said there were bird singing outside the bedrooms early in the morning…the soundproof in the unit is poor, but I believe all units in London having the same problem.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights, 5 adults with five 29” luggage. The host prepared everything you need for staying. It feels like coming back home, especially it is easy to wash clothes and cook. The host was responsive and friendly, letting us to keep the luggage in building after check-out. Great location, 4 mins walk to Hampstead station. Many food options and supermarkets nearby. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment. There are other rental apartments above, beside, and below this one and there was some noise (banging, walking, talking) until midnight or so on some nights. This is not something the owner can control, but something a renter should be aware of. I brought earplugs with me, so it didn’t impact my sleep too much. The kitchen could do with a few more items. While I like the uncluttered approach and ability to keep things clean and tidy, it would have been nice to have a few more sets of cutlery and cooking items such as a wooden spoon, vegetable oil (or similar), salt and pepper, aluminum foil, cling film. Also, some instructions for the stovetop might be good. I just googled it and was able to figure it out but some guests might struggle with it if they are not used to touchscreen stovetops. The mugs were too small for my liking. I found myself using two to make a decent sized cup of tea.

The location is great. It is walking distance to shops (including several grocery stores), a wide variety of restaurants/cafes/bakeries, public transit links, and Hampstead Heath park. The bus stop is almost right outside the front door and the underground is less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. While it is a very old building, it has been recently renovated to a very high standard with quality finishes. For a 1-bedroom apartment, it is a very good size with large windows and lots of natural light. The living room was more than big enough for my workout mat to do my morning workouts. The keypad entry system was seamless and easy to use. All widows have blackout as well as privacy blinds, which makes for a restful night’s sleep. There is a nest thermostat system for heating, air conditioning (although I didn’t use this during my stay in March), and heated floors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet felt like a warm hug at the end of the day. The large closet and full length mirror in the bedroom was great for storing my things during my stay. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice perk and made great coffee. The apartment is located at the rear of the property and looks out towards the trees and gardens; it was mostly quiet, I didn’t hear much road noise at all during my 2-week stay. There are lots of electrical outlets (many with usb ports) so you’re spoilt for choice when plugging in all your devices. The wheel on my suitcase broke on my journey here so I needed to get a new one. I was able to get one from the Argos collection point at the Sainsbury’s Local just a few minutes walk away. The owner of the apartment was very helpful in getting rid of the old damaged one for me. I loved that there was a washing machine as well as a dishwasher along with pods and tablets provided.

My stay in London was superb!! The location was peaceful, with easy access to the tube station. The use of codes for entry was convenient and secure. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a luxurious bath and heated bathroom floors. I highly recommend these apartments! We had a wonderful stay! Communication was simply fantastic, everything went smoothly and very pleasantly. We had answers to all our questions within minutes. The neighborhood in Hamstead is beautiful, 2min to Hampstead station, it felt like coming home every time. The neighborhood felt very safe, not very touristy! The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, it was perfect for the 3 of us. (Traveling with 11 year old son) . Thank you Dan for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

I travel a lot, business and Holiday - either alone or joined often by my wife and sometimes also by one of my grown up daughters. I have to say that LuxLet Apartments and its host Dan was one of the most positive experiences I‘ve ever made on my journeys so far. The very nice and very clean appartment is located in Hampstead. Northern line underground station and bus stop very close nearby, also supermarkets, Restaurants, bakery etc. Perfect to quickly dive into the City as well as chilling „at home“.

A water outage on the first night. The landlord issued us with bottled water and kept us up to date with the missives from Thames Water. The bedroom was a bit small, so the person on the right was pushed against the wall.

My wife needed somewhere to stay while I was in the hospital nearby. It exceeded our expectations. It had a huge balcony, which we were not able to use because of the weather. It gave a lovely view over the local gardens. No traffic noise, even though it was very close to 2 main roads. A plethora of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Spotless, well equipped, third floor walk up (narrow stairs, this is England not Texas!). New furnishings, appliances, everything worked quite well. Easy walk to Hampstead tube, other lines in easy walking distance as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

one small comment is that the ceiling sound isolation is not perfect, if someone walks loudly - it can be heard. although this does not bother everyone. Regardless, the accommodation is absolutely recommended.

Everything was fine! First class apartment, very good location. The entire building, the staircase, the garden, everything is cared for, renovated, clean, well-kept, demanding. the furnishing of the apartment is impeccable and clean. The terrace is larger than it appears in the picture, very usable and pleasant. The area is one of the best in London. The location of our apartment was top floor and without lift , was cumbersome to drag our suitcases up on arrival and down at departure. But this takes nothing away from our wonderful experience.

The location of the apartment is close to amenities including train station, shops, nice restaurants and pubs. The apartment is well furnished with all necessary equipments. Very clean. Easy for self check in and check out. The host, Dan, is excellent and accommodated all our reviews including a late checkout of 12pm. The communication was excellent including instructions provided in the flat. Some of which my 7 year old was able to follow a d bring to my attention. The cleaning lady very polite and always wears a smile. We will definitely be back and / use his other facilities.

I stayed in a studio apartment. The layout is very carefully thought through, very comfortable stay either for a few days or as a longer term accommodation. Quality toiletries, nespresso machine available, equipped kitchenette. Modern and clean, located in a recently renovated building. Clear check in instructions. Hampstead is a great neighbourhood.
