there wasn't anything we didn't like

the property was amazing and in a great location, away from the busy areas yet near enough to walk, around 5mins. It was very quiet at night and we had the best sleep in a super comfy bed. The hosts were great and very knowledgeable, giving us ideas on where to go and what to see which was so helpfully as it was our first visit. The room was very spacious and immaculate and we could use the living area if we wanted, but we were out and about most of the time. There is a lovely cocktail bar and coffee shops across the road, we had the best breakfast in The Painted Roaster. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful house in a perfect location, all of the attractions were within walking distance. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely book again.

It's too bad we only spent 2 nights in Edinburgh . Staying for a week next time

I can not find any words to describe how outstanding this hotel was. Everything was spot on, the breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal, and the room was so quiet I slept like a baby. They were extremely warm and welcoming, and their cat came to our room, where we adored cuddling him. We also got to meet their adorable dogs. Edinburgh, you were amazing, and we are coming back again this year. Thank you and loads of love from us #Kosovo🇽🇰 #Albania🇦🇱

Beautiful property, walking distance to the center but just far away enough to be quiet and outside of the hustle and bustle. Our bedroom was absolutely fantastic, really spacious, spotless and decor fantastic. The room was cleaned each day which was an added bonus! The owners are so kind and accommodating, go the extra mile for guests and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast each day was amazing. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The room was excellent, large bed and very comfortable. Also bathroom was very big with a free standing bath and shower. Breakfast was also a great experience . The location was about 10 mins walk to main center of Edinburgh

We were trying to find some negative staff, but it is impossible. Everything is on extremely high level! Rooms are cosy and beds are very comfortable, especialy very soft blankets! Verry good location - tram is 5min away, city center 15 min walk. I really recommend !

The heat from the radiators could have been better.

The hosts were fantastic and really ready to make your stay the best they could. Always offering to make coffee or deliver you breakfast and they were really friendly. The jet tub was amazing, the bed was comfy, and the deck would have been nice if weather allowed.

The setting was cozy, comfortable and elegant. The hosts were welcoming, kind and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, claw foot tub, and king sized bed. The location was perfect for seeing all the sites in the city. I would travel to Edinburgh just to stay here again.

This accommodation far exceeded our expectations! The room was absolutely lovely, the surroundings beautiful and the hosts went above and beyond with everything. We can't say enough good about them. Absolutely the best place to stay in Edinburgh.
