No breakfast option. Menu choice in on site restaurant, speed of service and warped dish for wife's pizza-it rocked about! Initial allocation of room on third floor not suitable to elderly(76+) guests, was changed to 1st floor thankfully.

Bad smell when walking in, stains on carpet, yellow toilet seats, very dirty kitchen including microwave, oven , plates, greasy and sticky worktop , hob etc. , white doors was black / dirt from months or years on it.

Great location, balcony with beautiful view to mountains, a lot of space to walk around with a dog. Very spacious apartment.

The block we were in is tired and set in the 80’s /90’s some the external structures and fittings need repairs and replacements and some of the furnishings internal too

The restaurant could have been a little better & the fact that I paid all of the cost on booking.com I wasn’t aware of the electricity bill at the end of the booking which I thought was all inclusive.

the restaurant has a very limited menu if you dont like curry your sunk, drinks prices are more in line with "Grand Hotel"no cash register have to pay via phone app therfore no till receipt!!!! as an older traveler find this not acceptable.

The Lapwing lodge was dated, had marked carpets and a damp smell upon entry. The fixtures and fittings could do with an update however given the price did not complain.

Was perfectly situated for the Mach festival only a 10minute drive away! All rooms were a good size and accommodated the 10 people easily between two properties. The Heron lodge was lovely would book this again.

Couldn't get a cup of tea while waiting for room to be ready. Bed was very firm.

Outdated decor and windows didn’t close fully in some rooms. Outdated heating system.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and great sitting room, own sauna in the apartment. EV charging ports in short walking distance. Convenient communal pool, sauna, steam room, games all inclusive.Well maintained. Fantastic quiet location, stunning views.

Changing rooms in the pool are in need of upgrading. The jacuzzi only worked on 1 day out of 8. The bungalow is comfortable but a bit shabby in places.

Lovely location and beautiful views. We enjoyed going in the pool. Everything is a bit worn out and needs refurbishing but we still had a lovely time.

We stayed in one of the Herons apartments, the apartment really lovely. They are 2two things what we didn't like and the Resort can improve are the cleaning and maintenance. In the bedroom with the single beds the mattress springs were deformed, so it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. Around the apartment almost everywhere there were dust on the night side lamps and the toilet sit downstairs was not clean at all. But we didn't consider to complain because we had two more bathrooms with toilets. Otherwise everything else was very good. The information in the apparent very useful, good WiFi in the dinning and kitchen.

Recently we visited the Resort, our family absolutely love it. Our view from the apparent stunning. Very friendly and helpful staff.The location of the resort is good up to 50min traveling by car you can visit many nice places. Restaurant was good, friendly staff as well. The snooker room we love it.Beautiful nature around, even staying only in the resort you have plenty entertainments for the family. Indoor pool and souna very good, the jacuzzi wasn't working but was ok. We had namy other things to do such as indoor badminton, table tennis, range of many bord games. The most surprising thing was we had souna in one of our bathrooms absolutely We love it.We really enjoyed our stay. We are definitely recommending the place is super suitable for families and friends with pets.

Swimming times could have been a bit longer 9-4 4.30 wasn't really good if you were going out for the day. And there wasn't anything else for the children to do.

There were lots of flies in the property which was very off putting and we were worried about hygiene and getting bitten. Also the decor was quite dated.

When we first arrived our accommodation had scaffolding on both sides so the view from the windows was scaffolding. When we went back to reception we asked if we could move to another apartment, they were very nice and moved us and we were very happy how they dealt with it.

It was in a lovely setting ideal for places to go in snowdonia. The accommodation was spacious and very quiet with great views from our lounge.
