Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. The breakfast is , and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Also, the almond croissant is amazing, too! The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful decor in our room and lovely little touches e.g. home made macarons, amenities provided etc. The property has friendly staff, lovely breakfast (a lot of options) and request for a bath was given no issues.

Beautifully appointed converted Manor House with an exceptional restuarant and well equipped, comfortable rooms. The staff are the real stand out though: friendly, professional and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and really knew their stuff. Our room (number 10) was just beautiful, every feature oozed quality and the whole room was immaculately clean. We dined elsewhere in the evening, so I can't attest to their dinner menu. However, the breakfast was amazing - in the quality of ingredients, their preparation, and presentation - and the friendly staff happily accommodated special additions/changes to our dishes. It's been an altogether wonderful experience. 10/10.

Superb accommodation and lovely welcoming team. Good breakfast choice and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was of exceptional quality and service top notch. Bar was good, and busy on our Friday late afternoon. Lovely touches in the room, nice decor and very large bathroom - it was just a shame that our room (no 6) was on the front of the building and facing a very busy road so there was a fair amount of traffic noise. We would certainly stay again, just not in room 6.

As I booked this hotel due to my brother's wedding. The hotel itself is very nice, the bedroom it was like a heaven, love the bathroom. It got everything that you need. The breakfast which I had was English Breakfast and the black pudding was lovely and tasty and I think that was the best breakfast I ever had. We had lunch as we arrived early and it lovely and the staffs were very nice.

Booking.com advertised room service for this hotel, which I value as a woman travelling alone, however this is not provided so could o with being updated on the site. Food option is fine dining only at the hotel in the evening, not everyone's cup of tea or budget when travelling for business

The property is in an old suburb of Huddersfield formerly an industrial location. It is an ashlar stone fronted property common in this area . The rooms were of a good size and the decor very designer led.
