Its a fantastic property. So quiet and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to stop and chat. Very helpful with anything you may need. Overall a lovely stay for anyone that wants a chillout stay.

I am not sure it could have been any better. A real home from home.

The property is ideally situated in the middle of the County making it relatively easy to travel to most locations. Local facilities were close by and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and we really appreciated the cream tea and Prosecco Pam and John provided on our arrival especially given that Pam had sustained a nasty injury a day or so before we arrived.

Perfect location for a short stay in Cornwall. Cannot fault the Barns. Everything you need is provided for. Nice touch with a Cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival by Pam. We will be back again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I am a traveler and I use accommodation very often. I am also a very demanding person in relation to the description of accommodation to the actual state. What I can honestly say about this accommodation is that he exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect and matched to spend a nice time. In greeting I received the keys from the owner. A nice treat was waiting for me. I think that equipping the house exceeds many accommodation in which I was so with all my heart I highly recommend this place. A real paradise for lost souls and hearts. Thank you again for the cordial greeting and I will definitely come back there because it is a great starting point for all attractions in Cornwall.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about this lovely property, the hosts, facilities or location. It was exceptional.

The barn was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Furnishings were of a high quality and very comfortable. Lovely quiet rural location but with easy access to local attractions within approx. 30 minutes drive or less. Hosts Pam & John were very welcoming and helpful. The cream tea, sweets and wine were a lovey touch on arrival. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a return visit for next year.

Amazing place right in the middle of Cornwall making getting around so much easier. Pam and John are amazing all go above and beyond for ya. I phoned up and asked if they had a barbecue on site and they found on and even cleaned it before we used it. ( if you use it clean it after it's not really their job )

The property was superb, the location was superb, the facilities were superb, the hosts were superb, warm and welcoming. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this location or the wonderful hosts, Pam & John, who made the stay even better. At night, there is ZERO light pollution, so you can stargaze with a glass of wine on the patio, we did our best to remember the many constellations, although to be honest, after a couple of glasses of wine, we only managed to locate “the big dipper”; we did however see many, many, many shooting stars, more than we have ever seen in our life. We also saw bats emerging at dusk which was a special treat for my wife who works in the ecological sector. My wife and I used the adjective “Perfect” a LOT during our stay. We will definitely be staying again next year! Hopefully for a week or longer, rather then a weekend. Thank you again Pam & John, you have a lovely place in a beautiful part of the country.

We had only one minor problem. My husband is 79 and I am 73 and we found that the shower in the bath was a bit awkward to use - we managed but were afraid of slipping as the bath is quite deep, this was a minor issue however and did not take away from our enjoyment of our holiday.

This property was self catering. The location was perfect for visiting Cornwall because it was pretty central. Loved Maple Barn where we stayed and would recommend it to friends. Beautifully clean and had everything we could possibly want in a holiday let and more. Quiet and peaceful with excellent hosts.

It was all lovely. Be aware there is another annexe next door, though the doors/outdoor seating area face in different directions/aspects. We werent bothered by this and the soundproofing seems good.

Very clean and evetything felt well cared for and good quality wihin the apartment. Great location for Eden project, Lost gardens of Heligan and coastal exploration. Very friendly owners and all we could possibly need within the rooms. Careful attention to detail. Big rooms.

The place was stunning, I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax it exceeded all of my expectations and I intend to go back there any time I want to go to Cornwall. The facilities were great letting me enjoy cooking meals for the evening. With a log burner in the main living room I'd love to go back in the winter to enjoy a cosy night in by the fire.

What a dreamy little bolt hole, couldn't ask for more. High standard finish in an idyllic setting at a more than reasonable price, and I've never known accomodation more dog friendly than this.

Amazing place which has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Should also mention that the owners are lovely people and really helpful. Hopefully we will be able to return for another fantastic break in the near future.
