The apartment was amazing and much bigger than expected. Plenty of space for 5 of us and was in a great location with views of the ocean. The apartment was really clean and kept to a very high standard. Really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again.

It is clear that the owners put a lot of work in to maintaining the units and making sure their visitors are comfortable and taken care of. There was a number of furnishings and trinkets throughout the apartment that gave a home feel to the apartment. They even had a cabinet of board games and movies for rainy days as well as a massage chair in the main bedroom. Also for those rainy days, there was an umbrella in the unit which came in very handy. The apartment was an easy walk in to Newquay and had an assigned parking spot for a rental. There was also a bus stop just a short walk from the apartment, however, we did not explore that option. We used the apartment as a jumping off point to explore Saint Michaels Mount and Minack Theater in Lands End, Truro, Newquay, and Eden Garden. All are highly recommended sites to visit while in Cornwall, especially catching a show at Minack Theater.

Take a bus if walking with large luggages from the railway station as the walk is up a slope and quite cumbersome. And the apartment (No. 3) we stayed in was up a flight of stairs which is quite steep and narrow. So it is not mobility friendly.

It is spacious with a good and nicely laid out kitchenette. There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep 6 people comfortably. And perhaps more on the large sofa. It has 3 bathrooms which makes it very convenient. It is 20 mins walk away from the Newquay railway station, and 10 mins away from the vibrant town centre which has lots of unique shops and eateries. And the beach was not too far away either. And the 3rd bedroom with a double bed is up a flight of steps as well.

Absolutely everything, this apartment is amazing, spotless and everything has been thought of ! If in Newquay you must stay here, you will not get better. Great value for money for the quality of the apartment! Wendy is the perfect host too, always on hand if you need anything. Thank you !

Property is nice and spacious. All facilities are available including washing machine, baby feeding chair, dishwasher, iron etc. Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Wendy was quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a really high spec apartment. It's clean, modern and very comfortable. It has a conservatory and a large garden with sun loungers, chairs, tables etc. to enjoy the sunshine :-) Wendy our host was great with her comms before we arrived, during our stay and on the day of departure. The location is a mid way between the centre of town and Fistral beach - both are within a 10 min walk - which was ideal for our group.

Nothing! maybe a slightly better place to hang wetsuits although what was provided was good enough. One slight thing that was a bit frustrating was some of the other guests parking made it difficult for other cars to park.

All around great stay, nice facilities, walking distance of the beaches. There was a corner shop about 5 minute walk away but also close enough to the town that you could walk to lidl. Very clean and tidy and I absolutely loved the reclining sofas especially after a day of surfing. Parking also great.

Clean spacious apartment with two bedrooms two showers and a full set of amenities including dishwasher and a washing machine. Nicely located in walking distance between the Fistral beach and the city beaches. Parking at the vicinity available. Comfortable and nice.

This isn’t a criticism and there is a washer but maybe a couple of bath towels per person would be helpful so you have time to wash and dry them, not a game changer only a suggestion , we could hang them out as it was dry weather , other than that it is exceptional ,

Location was perfect and we were self catering so breakfast not applicable , the appartment is superb absolutely everything has been thought of . The garden area is perfect for sitting out as well, everything has been thought off and is of high quality

Nothing to not like. It was a lovely place that showed the owners care about upkeep and comfort.

Easily accessible. Clean, modern, fully fitted and equipped apartment - with free wifi. Looked just like the photos! Quiet neighborhood perfect for chilling between excursions with a lovely outdoor area for sundowners or just to sit outside and chat. Central location meant exploring greater Cornwall with day trips was so much easier! And quick walk into Newquay and the beach! Couldn’t ask for more.
