There were only a few negatives which could easily be put right. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, the bedroom door looked like someone had been trying to claw their way out, the wardrobe doors didn’t move easily, there was damp on the bathroom ceiling and it needed a lick of paint. I have photos - they could easily put these things right

They are so close to having a great property - the room was a good size with a great TV and a comfortable bed - the shower was hot and powerful and the price was great.

Even though it was cheap, I’d expect the bedding to be clean (not with stains) and dusted properly. Also, the walls were thin, so I could hear people very clearly, so didn’t have a good sleep. The pillows were thin and need replacing, which wouldn’t cost a lot for them to do. I don’t expect a high finish on the room for the price, but those things are above are standard

My room was the single bed one. The building had character and it was near the curry mile, so convenient for restaurants and bars. It was a cheap place to stay. It was worth what I paid for it. Be mindful that you get what you pay for, so the quality of the bedding, towels, mattress etc reflects this.

I've stayed here a few times now, its basic but exactly what you need its 5 minutes to city in an uber, and its clean safe and cheap - the cheap was why I chose it there was four of us and a saturday night 5 minutes from city cost us 40 quid each all in the same room tea coffee and chocalte making kettle decent telly with netflix, the down stairs i think is a restaraunt but there was no noise and free blooming parking - which is safe, we left the car here and went shopping again in the city next day and just came back for it. It ticks the boxes of basic safe clean and super cheap and we will most definatly be back. you need codes to get in, and the staff are super freindly in helping if your like me and crap at working IT.

My ‘deluxe’ room was very tired with cracked washbasin, water stained ceiling, stained carpet & walls. No soundproofing but that’s to be expected with an older property Tea & coffee facilities very poor No staff! During my 3 day stay there was no reception & no cleaners, no room check or towels changed

No staff, all automated. .No eating facilities, tea and coffee in room. . Had difficulty entering hotel but immediately resolved with a phone call. Was around 10pm when we arrived.

I had to self check in. Trafford centre was far f5om the hotel so used a taxi. Tv not working dirty fowl on bathroom floor. No staff at all. Very noisy.

There were no on-site staff, this is less a hotel and more an Airbnb. Some would see that as a positive, but there's nobody to turn to if there's issues with the neighbours and such that need immediate address. Everything in the room was dated and just looked a bit in need of a refurb. The stairs are so uneven and creaky that I'm concerned for the integrity of them. Very noisy and uncomfortable bed.

Manager was able and happy to give me access to the room after the end of my stay to pick something up that I'd left behind. He was able to do this remotely as all the doors are electronic. Very good Chinese restaurant next door. Clean, no mould. Parking not an issue. I did like being in an attic. Good price for a location just outside the city centre.

Water wasn't working on arrival, quickly fixed by the gentleman on the desk whilst we were out. However, there was no sugar in the room for hot drinks in the morning, with powdered milk that was awful. (Suggestion - ensure fully stocked items and even basic biscuits (similar to travelodge or premier inn). Unfortunately due to the location of the room in the roof, it was extremely hot during the night with an extremely loud fan which was almost required to be on. (Suggestion - New fan or installation of air con). Add to this the fact that the window opens onto a terrace of which the door was unlocked added to a concern from us for security as anyone could climb in. (Suggestion - Lock terrace door at night allowing people to open skylight safely). Lastly, the free WiFi was very spotty up in the top of the building and was not reliable.

The bed was comfortable, The atmosphere of the room was nice, it felt cozy without feeling small. The bathroom was of good size and the shower was good. The complimentary shower gel and soap was excellent. The price was decent for the location especially with the free parking for the night.
