Hands down the best room/apartment I've stayed in and at a fabulous price. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Bed is so comfy, we had the best night's sleep in a long time. There is so much room - big main area with bed, L-shaped settee (which pulls out into a double bed), little table and chairs in the corner. Massive TV with prime video and netflix etc on it. Furniture and soft furnishings are great quality and lovely colours. Bathroom is a good size, lots of hot water. Towels are thick and fluffy. There were huge bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, which smelt like spa products. Hand soap and hand lotion by the sink, again they spelt amazing. Kitchen area is great - fridge with a small freezer inside, microwave, toaster. Cutlery, plates, bowls, lots of glasses etc, and all of a good quality and matching. It's the extra touches that make this place outstanding: Little bottle of milk, wine and butter in the fridge, plus mini boxes of cereals, crumpets, crisps and cakes left for us on arrival. Dog treats for our dog, and a water bowl and food bowl. Lots of information on the local area, the history of the house and leaflets for local takeaways. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Host is very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely book again and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Bathroom was very cold. Radiator inadequate for size of room and tiles were freezing.

Ideally situated for us. Well fitted out with everything we needed for our overnight stop. Comfortable bed and massive television!

Immaculate, very well located and equipped. Welcome pack(Beers, cookies and cereals ( and milk)) were left which was a nice touch as there are no formal breakfast arrangements. Bed very comfortable - apartment very clean and comfortable.quiet location big tv!

Initially the place was cold &we couldn't get the heating to work but the owners came quickly & showed us how to operate it.Apart from that, all was perfect.

A fab little annex which is well decorated, comfortable, clean & has all the facilities you need for a great stay.The welcome goodies for us & treats for our dog were very much appreciated.

Gorgeous decor perfectly clean and comfortable, heating was great gave us blankets each, left food for us to eat in the morning including 2 beers for us to have whilst we were getting ready! felt like we were at home for the night a really lovely stay. Host was more than accommodating even offered to give us a lift to the wedding we were at. 100% recommend

Superb communication. Lovely presentation in all areas. High quality linen, appliances etc. So comfortable. Lovely extras like good toiletries, crumpets, milk, beer and wine. Great TV with Netflix etc. Really great bed so great night’s sleep. Lots of space so easy to feel comfortable.

Lovely home from home had everything that we needed, and lots of little extras too. Slept really well really comfy bed. Quite village location. Located next to family home in a separate unit that had been converted. Nearby pub within walking distance. Crumpets, butter, beer, wine, coffee, tea, milk biscuits, chocolate, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Mrs Hortons took us in at very short notice and saved our weekend away! Apartment is amazing, clean, comfortable with everything you would need for a few nights stay. Hosts were super helpful and very friendly.

Needs a little instruction book to explain air con and television work. These are minor criticisms, though.

Fab little guest room, immaculately renovated, great shower, ideal little kitchen area. Owners live next door and keen to help if needed.

Very comfortable and spacious bedroom/ sitting area. Breakfast cereals, and milk kindly left in the fridge. Good communication with the owner who phoned to check all was well. The property is very close to the A17, but far enough away to be quiet, which makes it an ideal overnight stopping place. Thank you for an excellent stay, well done!

Just a couple of comments, that it would have been nice to have some tissues. The lounge area was very comfortable. There was a desk with a chair, however a little side table by the sofa would be a good idea.

Beautiful property. Liked everything especially complimentary beer and cereals, jam and crumpets. Very quiet location.
