Richard and family were perfect hosts, a warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation was clean and room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Richard was able to provide more information of the local area and offered plenty of guidance and advice, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Rooms don’t have en-suite but our room was right next to the toilet and bathroom which were separate. I’m not fussed on a TV in the room but I know some guests may want this… and there is also no TV. But they do not advertise this as so either just to be mindful of this if it is something you would like for your stay. It is not a criticism at all and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Richard and family! :)

Location is brilliant! Less than a 10 minute walk to Alexandra Palace if you are visiting/concert. 10 minutes to the high street for food, coffee, bus service. Bed was really comfy. Breakfast was huge continental breakfast that you could choose from a good list. Host was accommodating and very polite. Really clean, towels were soft and super white. Beautiful little basket with toiletries in when we arrived. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again. Parking on the road outside is plentiful. Very safe and pretty area to stay. I went with my 15 year old daughter and felt safe walking back after the concert had finished.

I liked everything!

A great B&B with a friendly host, it was perfect for what I needed. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast plentyful. 10 minute walk to Muswell Hill with its many shops and restaurants. Great communication before and during my stay.

Obviously with there being dogs you can smell that generic pet smell around the house.

An option for slightly brighter lighting in the room would have been helpful while getting ready. The shower could have been better.

A perfect location for attending Alexandra Palace and all the shops and restaurants in Muswell Hill. Surprisingly easy to park. We received a very warm welcome from our lovely hosts. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great to have lots of mirrors too, which can sometimes be a problem with accommodation.

This property is homely bed and breakfast with lovely touches . Fantastic bed and sheets . V friendly people who run it . Breakfast offered to us as a take away as we had to leave early to catch a train which was a lovely touch . Able to park easily as well .

This is a gorgeous B&B in Muswell Hill. We stayed for one night as we were going to a music gig at Alexandra Palace and this property is only a 15 minute walk away. The room was comfortable and warm, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious and Richard and his family were very welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely stay here again.

A very clean, comfortable room. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Extra effort had been taken to cater for a vegan diet and breakfast was excellent. The perfect location for Alexandra Palace which was in easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat a short walk away.

We had a lovely welcome, the host moved our bedroom to the 1st floor do that my elderly mother could use the toilet on the same floor. It was clean, homely, welcoming, breakfasr was lovely and was near to muswell hill.
