No view of outside when indoors Velux windows gave plenty of light but you could only see sky.. A shame because the view of the garden and the sea were fantastic. CLEAR GLASS in the door would be helpful if possible.

The hosts were fantastic, made sure we settled in and were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was lovely, well presented and very modern. We were down in Falmouth for a friends wedding which was being held at St Michaels resort. This apartment was just a 10 minute walk away from the venue.

This was our second stay in the apartment and spot on again. The apartment is superb - well appointed, comfortable, private, peaceful and in a beautiful location on the headland between Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches, with access to the coastal path just across the quiet residential road and direct sea views from the private terrace/balcony. If that isn't enough, Tanji and Steve are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, considerate and absolutely lovely people - truly genuine! And the extra welcome gifts when we arrived were a lovely surprise too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again - it's a no-brainer 😊

The apartment was clean and light and very well equipped. The hosts- Tanji & Steve were great, always helpful, but not intrusive. The location is quiet, but not too far from Falmouth centre or the beaches. It is a great base to see that area of Cornwall. The EV charging point was a great bonus and the charges were VERY reasonable

it was a privilege to stay in Tanji and Steve’s apartment and share their beautiful garden and extraordinary views in a perfect position in Falmouth. Nearby is a fabulous fish restaurant, Hooked on the Rocks, beaches and costal walks, and it is about 25 minutes walk to Falmouth harbour and the buzzing High Street. Tanji and Steve are wonderful hosts providing privacy but also help and advice when you want it.

Just spent a short break (5 nights) in this beautiful apartment, which is set in a gorgeous and peaceful coastline location with superb sea views. The apartment definitely lives up to its 'luxury' description. Tanji and Steve are the most thoughtful, kind and generous hosts you could wish for and it's clear they've put a lot of thought and energy into making their guests stay as welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with a ton of extra touches that make the whole experience feel special. My partner even received a card and gift on her birthday from Tanji and Steve, which was so kind and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will have absolutely no hesitation in booking again when we're next in the area. We will definitely recommend to friends and family too. Having to leave and go home!!

A fabulous annex apartment located in a prime area with a fantastic view of the sea.A lovely welcome from the hosts who had provided all that we needed. The property is close to all amenities with beaches, five minutes walk away, restaurants and plenty to do. The property is relaxing and quiet and for more hustle and bustle, a walk to the harbour or into Falmouth town provides you with a great choice of shops, pubs, museums etc. Wonderful!! There is quite a bit of uphill walking but we didn't mind. Would definitely recommend this lovely place for two people.
