The accommodation fits rather 3 people than 4 that it was offered for.

Lovely place in quiet neigbourhood, restaurants and shops available at your fingertips, very close to the centre. All nice and clean.

The stairs are a little narrow

The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with bits you might have forgotten to bring yourself, the bathroom was well appointed and the double glazing really makes it quiet and comfortable.

Sent me a payment link via WhatsApp, and with all the scams etc. that are happening at the moment I was worried it might not be legit. It turned out to be fine, but I would recommend they look into a different payment set up to make guests feel more comfortable with this.

Would have loved an option for early or late check in/out or a bag drop facility, also no crockery for the oven ie an oven dish or two, maybe an air fryer? Also very little towels supplied for a family of four, you can pay for extra but we travelled on a budget.

A really good link to the train station and to the city centre, mill road has some great,shops, restaurants and takeaways .

Improvement would be to have been supplied oven gloves. - perfect facility to cook and space to eat. But if you need to use the oven it is certainly difficult!

The sound proofing wasn't great and you could hear the neighbours' phone calls, alarms, TV, and talking.

It was a cozy little apartment on a quiet street, with a nice comfy bed and spacious kitchen for one person. Very clean overall, and pretty close to the city centre if you don't mind walking for a few minutes.

Read the small print. They charge a £200 deposit before you stay in case of damages but then don't give a list of any potential defects already in place in the property, something I have never experienced before so I took pictures of any damage/stains in the property upon arrival to ensure against erroneous charges. Also slightly onerous expectations for occupants on departure and odd that you have to give formal ID before you enter the property. I get it they are trying to ensure that they secure the property from any damage but it does a whole lot to make you not feel very comfortable or welcome.

Some things could be fixed and maintained, like lamps in the bedroom. And there was an annoying beep outside the flat beeping for a couple of minutes almost every hour. The stairs common to the three flats were dirty.

The shower pressure was a bit weak and it wasn't very hot but it was functional. Would have liked a clothes drier as the washing machine didn't have a dryer function.

The property was modern and comfortable. It was a 20minute walk to both the train station and city centre so it was quite accessible even without a bike. There were lots of ethnic restaurants in the neighbourhood and was great for grocery shopping!

Checking in and out procedure is complicated. It is hard to see the numbers that are written down near the pins to open the key box. Especially when it's dark. Locking the front door is not possible from the inside. Bed Lamp is missing.

I was given the wrong code for the key box which was disappointing and frustrating as I left five voice messages over a 45 min period before someone rang me back with a different code. I was standing in 32 degrees for this time and was on the verge of finding alternative accommodation with the intention of claiming a reimbursement from Aparthotel.

The flat was clean, comfortable and well located for Cambridge city centre, the station and the River Cam. It was on a lively busy road but the flat was sound proof and I felt safe.

The management company and check in process. Wasn’t sent check in instructions. Wasn’t told which apartment, my mum was stuck outside in the dark for half an hour, I had to come across town to try to help her get in. Called management company multiple times with no answer. Code didn’t work when I got there. Eventually got inside but overall the keys were very difficult to use (unlocking and locking). Guest in another apartment had the same issue. Obviously an ongoing issue which the management company has not fixed. Not sent details re key or wifi but no trouble with sending invoices for deposits or check out/cleaning instructions.

There was a problem with watching live TV, could only get iplayer. They tried to resolve it over the 3 days we stayed there, but they were only available when we were out. We didn't go there to watch TV, so not a major issue.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Short walk in to Cambridge centre. Very clean with all basic essentials provided. Would recommend and would stay there again if we return to Cambridge.

I had to wait outside for more than half an hour before I got the code to the key safe. The manager just didn't answer her phone. It was snowing, wet and generally a miserable afternoon. I had informed the manager, as required, of the time at which I would be arriving in advance.

I truly liked the apartment and it was good value for money. Clean.
