Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Hayley, the owner, was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was wonderful.

In the bathroom it would have been handy to have a shelf to put toiletries.

Hotel No 5 is in a quiet part of Llandudno on the sea front about 20 minutes walk into the centre. Parking is round the back of the hotel. We had a deluxe room facing the sea on the first floor. Room was light and clean with a big window and seating overlooking the bay. Everything you needed was in the room including a fridge and a coffee machine. Bed was comfy and shower good. The whole hotel was well decorated , light and clean. Breakfast was a help yourself with lots of variety...fresh fruit, granola pots, yoghurts , pastries as well as a cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and personable. The owner greeted us on arrival and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us recommendations for restaurants in Llandudno and had also included lots of information in the room brochure.

Newly refurbished small hotel on the coast at Llandudno - exceptionally friendly and efficient services. Breakfast was buffet style, hot, fresh and plentiful. Highly recommend

Lovely Hotel on the beachfront, with the best staff ever i.e Hayley, she catered to our every need. The breakfast was delicious. Rooms were super clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful sea view to cap it off.

Really nice little hotel with a great sea view over the promenade at Llandudno. Nice buffet breakfast each morning in the dining room. Well equipped room with TV, comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. Great location with plenty to see in local area - can recommend Anglesey (avoid Holyhead!), the slate mine museum at Snowdonia and the Aberdaron peninsula - beautiful!

Amazing hotel with very friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented and the rooms were tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. Situated on the sea front with great views. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully warm and welcoming owners and staff. This is a very professionally managed hotel with great facilities in a good location. The stylish decoration was a joy and thoughtful details were evident throughout including inspiring art work, a lit make-up mirror and hot chocolate saches. We enjoyed a fabulous room with view of the ocean and an excellent breakfast every day. The hotel is in a good location a little away from the crowds but not far from the bus stop for the tourist bus.

Quieter part of Llandundo, but still accessable to everything,decor was bright & homely, very clean,hosts were very attentive nothing too much trouble, breakfast lots of choice freshly prepared would highly recommend.
