When we arrived at 3 o’clock they had forgot to pre heat the hot tub up which meant it wasn’t ready until 10pm which was a shame as we was only staying 1 night so didn’t really get much use of the hot tub

the bed was a quite uncomfortable and not having a toilet or tap in the cabin but that’s glamping I guess 😂

we loved the location not too far from bath centre, the hot tub was amazing and the scenes from the cabin were lovely

We love everything here.

This is our second time visiting this place and we absolutely love it. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The cabins are always warm and cosy and the hot tubs are such a nice touch facing an incredible view! Will definitely be coming back again, thanks so much!

I loved the location, the reception. My fiancé prepared a surprise proposal for me and they let our friends arrange the room as my fiancé wanted and it turned out beautiful, we had a lot of privacy.

Nothing. It was exactly what we thought it would be.

It was such a lovely place to stay and so convenient as we were visiting Longleat Safari the next day. The kids loved the farm and got to see the horses in the stables. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We used the gas barbecue to cook dinner and breakfast and they supplied the wood for the wood burning hot tubs! Brilliant! We loved it.

Great hosts, friendly warm welcome..great value for money. Peaceful location only 15 minutes from Bath centre. Shared bathroom spotless... Great experience. Little touches with chocolates from the host. Beautiful views from the hot tub.

The location was stunning, very quite which is what we were after, the staff were amazing very friendly, everything you needed was right there for you, the hot tub was great, the clamping pod was immaculate, and we felt very safe.

Lovely one night stay with a friend, weather was against us but Jo went above & beyond. Very clean facilities & such a well planned & thought out set up. We stayed in the treetops Lodge with a private hot tub which was very well fenced off for privacy.

When we got there, we looked for people on the property for around 15 mins, they weren’t answering the phone so we were a bit lost. Also - we could only use the hot tub from around 7-8pm as it was cold before hand, would be nice to have it ready at check in or soon after.

Paul made us feel very welcomed and upon arrival showed us all the facilities. We had such a lovely stay, and was very family friendly with the size of the room and with the animals around! The room was gorgeous and a lovely temperature in the room. Paul kept on top of the wood in the hot tub throughout the afternoon which made it perfect for the evenings. Thankyou so much!

Walking to toilet in middle of night as it was down the field, even tho it was lit up with lights an not too far away was still something I wern comfortable doing
