The check-in process is lengthy and it took us like 10-15 mins. Given the hotel room was already paid I believe it can be done faster. The room window overlooks a construction sight, which is not exceptional.

I liked the size of the room, which was very ergonomic. The receptionists were always nice and helpful. The room is clean and they clean, change the sheets and towels daily.

The TV had so many channels that dont work , is it worth updating the TVs? Had dinner in bar , Waited 45 minutes for the Bokan Burger and it was only just warm so I returned it. When I did get it back, it looked like it had just been stuck in the microwave and there isnt enough choice on bar menu. On my way out the lady i approached looks like she would rather be on her mobile that checked me out. Room is expensive for what it is to be honest.

Entered the hotel and the man who checked me in was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and I managed to get a booking in the bar for dinner. Overall fairly happy.

The breakfast was generally good but could have been cooked better (bacon was so hard, sausages were bland).

Very modern hotel, comfortable room/bed. I liked the shower in the middle of the room and the way the glass wall could be made opaque for privacy. :) Very close to Canary Wharf tube station and the shopping centres.

The room was very warm, air con not great only issue. If it had been a bit cooler, would have been a perfect. Breakfast - Hot drinks self service. Would have preferred table service on tea/coffee. Staff helpful, except one lady who was unfriendly, asked twice for cutlery as table had been cleared even though we were sat there still, hot food was then cold, proceeded to go to the other end of the restaurant and booked more people in. Resulting in a cold breakfast! Not great!

Room was spacious, beds very comfortable, great bathroom, lovely toiletries, faculties provided in the room were very good. Lovely river view too. Modern style. Nice place to stay. Great pool too! Breakfast was good, nice selection of food , self service buffet style. Hot food not the biggest selection but plenty on offer all looked fresh and hot.

Sometimes a bit expensive. Dorsett Hotel which should be open next year should reduce the price of this Novotel. Breakfast could be better for such a great hotel. Quite often few days from a row fresh fruits were not available.

Great location - close to Canary Wharf and tube. Great selection of restaurants available from a 5-10 mins walk distance. Great view from the window. I have asked hotel reception about the accommodation at the highest floor and it was no problem at all for them. Great acoustic/sound protection. I really like Bōkan 38 Bar located at the top of the building especially in summer when you can enjoy great weather, music and the view. Pool and sauna also available for use.

The swimming pool was closed for the maintenance and we only found out when we went there for a morning swim.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. We loved the restaurant on the 38th floor and were very happy with our breakfast setup. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Noise in the room in the night, think it was airco. I brought earplugs but it was too loud for a new built hotel
