It was an executive king room but that isn’t exactly the same as in North America, so while it was perfectly fine we were hoping it was going to be a bit larger

Loved it all. Location was great, very close to Holburn underground and covet garden. Also lots of amenities close by. Travelled for my moms birthday and they gave us early check on and cupcakes and a card in her room. Loved the complimentary tea/coffe/water/pop. Was great touch. Rom was modern and rooftop patio and bar area was great.

At the time of my stay, unfortunately 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order. So accessibility for people who can’t climb steps was limited. As are result que for lift was long and lengthy time spent waiting for the lift. Other than that its a nice hotel .

Its great location and staff were happy to accommodate late checkout, which I appreciated. I do enjoy staying at this hotel when Im in London.

A bit over priced however seems to be the norm in London these days.

We had a large twin room which had two double beds so very comfortable. Bathroom quite small but functional and clean. Pool was great for an early morning swim. Staff extremely helpful and a great location.

The fire alarm going off at about 2, 4 and 5 on the morning we left. Did not get to the rooftop - left it to the last night but discovered a private function in situ.

The decor was way beyond being ‘over the top’ which was great. Out of this world perhaps It was great to have a swim which is what made me choose it over other possibilities)I had no idea about the decor when I booked).

Pillows were rock solid, would have been nice to have a few different options. A lot of outside noise despite being on 5th floor.

Lovely bar area with great ambience, we hung out there much more than we planned to. Can't fault the location, 15 min walk from Euston and only 10 mins from Covent Garden. Good sized rooms for London.

The shower was cold the first 15 min, and did not have a lot of pressure, so I didn't have time to shower after my boyfriend. The curtains don't cover enough, we had light in our room the whole night from the bar at the eight floor. The nespresso machine leaked water. My expectations were high, because I looked on TripAdvisor but because of that I was a little bit disappointed.

Our room 012 was really small for price and felt a bit seedy. It was clean but awful view from the window. Pillows were crispy and sink didn’t drain.

The decor is great- modern and funky. It was clean and felt decadent in communal areas. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite, helpful & friendly. Showers were powerful and beds clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was tiny. Couldn't be in the bathroom with the door open because it was so small.

Location was very convenient! We could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice! The room had great amenities like a fridge and real glasses. The room had a lot of outlets which was great!

The staff were generally fairly friendly but sometimes didn’t act or look “happy” in their work compared to other 5* hotels I’ve stayed at where outstanding customer service is the USP. We went up to Glasshouse rooftop terrace when we first arrived & was asked if we booked, we said no as we’d just checked in, & the FOH manager said disapprovingly “well we are quite busy” as though she’d rather us not take one of the many available tables. We had one round of cocktails, no one came to ask us if we wanted another or anything else. They came to clear our empty glasses & we asked if we could have the menu. Strangely it was a similar situation at the downstairs bar when we came in after going for dinner elsewhere both nights - one drink & no follow up. We also asked for our room to be cleaned, some tea had spilled on the duvet cover from a teabag in the morning. They didn’t change the sheet, they just flipped it around so the tea stain was facing downwards. These aren’t big complaints but not the level of service I would expect from 5*.

Great room & facilities, the freebie welcome treats were a nice way to start the stay! The pool area is really lovely with a steam room & sauna- we made use of that area both mornings after breakfast before heading out for the day, & it’s great that entry is free for residents. The bed was comfy & the room spacious, good tea & coffee making facilities in the room too! Also a really good breakfast with loads of variety, & a chef to make fresh omelettes with a range of fillings. Good location also- only 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden & Soho/theatre area.

There's nothing I didn't like about this hotel... its a bit noisy, but you're in Central London, so to be expected... a little on the pricey side, but again, reasonable for Central London

The noisy traffic from the busy road outside. Thankfully we acquired ear plugs for the 2nd night.

Beyond excellent service, the staff were just amazing and super friendly. The hotel decor is really special and the rooms were good quality with very comfortable beds. Food was really good quality too. I’m a very particular person and stayed in many many hotels. I was very impressed and I will be returning.
