The room overlooked a very noisy road. The noise continued into the early hours of the morning.

Close to the venue for my daughters graduation. Close to some good restaurants.

There was quite a bright shop sign outside the window, and the curtains weren’t really thick enough to keep the light out. But I didn’t mind as the bed was so comfy, and I’m sure if I raised it the hosts would have done what they could.

The room was very clean and comfy, and the host was lovely and very welcoming. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there are good transport links to the centre.

The room is slightly outdated and I saw 2 cockroaches crawling in the bathroom floor and one tiny one on the bed. Room lock is very substantial and not really that safe for my standards. The shower stopped midway while I was washing my hair and luckily it came back on after few minutes.

Olly was easy to contact prior to arriving at the property.

Quirky place above a florist. Friendly owner and staff. About 2 miles south of Manchester in Rusholme on main bus route.

Entrance through the florist downstairs was a bit confusing. Coming back late had to enter through the shop and lock up! They put a lot of trust in their guests.

Great value for money. perfect if you need a couple of nights to stay.

road outside very noisy, lots of revving engines going on for most of the night. would suggest bringing earplugs and an eye mask (there’s some very bright lights just outside).

I initially couldn't find the place; I wasn't expecting to come in through a shop!

I was really pleased that the host, Olly, let me pick a room that I liked the look of. It was sparse but comfortable. I had looked for the cheapest place as I'm not well-off, and was happy with what I got. I also was given a secure space to store my bicycle in.

it was a little confusing to find on Google maps. but I called and got very easy directions. location was a little far out but 45 mins walk which wasn’t bad for the price.

great person checked me in. really friendly and even offered me a cuppa tea and. a cookie. made sure I had everything I needed.

No tv and no towels in my room. Also no heating so wad pretty cold and one of the windows was broken so letting in cold all the time.

Brilliant location lots of shops and food. Staff were very nice. Comfy bed and nice toilet and shower. Also i got back about 10 am after no sleep and they offered me to check out later so i could get some sleep. Very nice peoplle.

The location. Odd access to the room, however it was available on demand with own keys. Very noisy room with cars playing loud music outside well into the early hours.

The bedding was clean, as was the bathroom, however not like the photos at all.

The owner is great and exceptional hospitality! Never been to a place like this i have to stay. I want to come back again. My original expectation was low and it out the best.

The bathroom was tiny, the location it’s self was fine but there’s no signs telling you where the hotel is. I spent 20 minutes trying to find the entrance only to find out it’s above a florist.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely well maintained facilities. Room and toilet was very clean. Owner of this place is a such a nice person, always replied for messages and he was very helpful. Opposite Olly’s place is a big supermarket and u can find ofer there loads of stuff. Thanks again Olly!

Do not book here unless you want to be creeped tf out. Not even a hotel just some room at the top of some flower shop. As the bloke was showing me around. I did not feel comfortable about the place so I did a runner. The photos don’t look nothing like it.

It's located in a flower shop, with no clear direction. Very dangerous, especially for girls. I don’t recommend this place. I tried to check in, but the staff said it is not available because the previous person was still in the room.
