We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNot much they can do about parking, they do state up front they have limited parking. We were lucky to get a spot and used the buses to get around Newcastle.
So many things to like about this place. First the price was excellent for the room. Next the ladies at reception especially Sharon and Kiran took us under their wing and treated us like family. They were helpful in answering our questions. The bus which took us into town came right outside the door. The neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants. Our room was large by European standards. Big bathroom and a place for me to sit and read with a chair. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice selection of items. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the area.

Everything was perfect from the moment you walk though the door the staff greet you with a smile and a friendly hello .The staff are wonderful cant do enough for you. The whole time we were there everthing was done to make our stay wonderful and it was we cant thank all the staff working there enough spotlessly clean room comfortable perfect great breakfast choose what you wanted from the menue or grab and go it was perfect you could not wish for a better hotel central to the city center nothing was to much trouble for them we had lots of laughs with the staff especialy Sharon and we will be going back again so thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time and the banter it was just great proper home from home feeling see you all in the future

United KingdomI loved the stay overall so only minor negatives. Next time I'll bring a sleep mask as light leaked in from the hallway around and under my room door and partially lit up the bed. The curtains chipped in on this as they weren't long enough to block out external light. Could do with a new chair in my room, wasn't sure if I was about to fall through it.
All of the staff I encountered were exceptional. The fabulous Tanya on Reception handled everything about my stay with great care and in a way that felt as though she wanted to make sure it all went as well as it possibly could for me and all guests. Brilliant to be offered the option of a grab bag breakfast as I needed to get away fairly early, a real bonus that it included a proper bacon and sausage sandwich too, fabulous stuff. Location was ideal for my needs and nice that there was a mini lounge area downstairs rather than just skulking in my room later on.

United KingdomParking is very limited, nowhere to park nearby (3- 4 spots only) I would recommend coming by bus or train if possible alternatively unsure if they hotel can apply for day permit parking for guests?
The breakfast was fantastic, quick, filling! Two singles beds, nice sized bathroom was beautiful, very clean. Accommodating staff, enjoy conversation, delayed with stay!

Breakfast is class and we really could t fault anything. 100% will stay again when we visit Newcastle next. + 24hr manned reception with room key being left at the hotel is a great idea
