The long driveway from the main road to the farm is deeply rutted. This could cause cars with a low ride height to bottom out.

Delightful hosts, very willing to assist and advise. Superb breakfast. Quiet rural setting. Easy secure off-road parking. Location, near Helmsley which was a short drive away. Good value.

Ann and George were brilliant hosts. Breakfast was excellent and very filling. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy as was the en-suite. The benefit of having both a bath and separate shower was very appreciated too. A B&B we would definitely come back to if we were around this area in the future.

Not a dislike as such, more a room for improvement (some of which is planned) - the shower was a bit old and slightly awkward to work (though the size of the cubicle was a lovely surprise for anyone who is not a sylph). We ran out of coffee and toiletries as there were minimal supplies and there were half used ones provided, but I know if we had asked for top ups they would have been provided and toiletries are an added bonus anyway.

The owners and their family were lovely and very welcoming, always going above and beyond. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The accommodation was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There were extra touches (such as a mini fridge, milk in a insulated bottle to keep it fresh, tea and cake on arrival, and the offer of using the dining room to sit in) that made all the difference.

What a little Gem 😀 Anne and George made us feel very welcome, a lovely stay on a working farm , The home cooked breakfast was lovely , with a nice selection and lots of coffee and juice, The bed was very comfortable,everything was nice and clean with a gorgeous view 😍 can’t wait to come back in summer so we can spend some time in the lovely garden 🌞

Anne the host was an exceptional cook, breakfast All produce was great quality, delicious cooked breakfast. All cereal & fruit offered with fruit juices Coffee & tea in abundance.

The couple were lovely! The cat and dog were also very friendly! The bed was really comfy, the view amazing. They all were very accommodating and breakfast was delicious! The husband even came to find us when we were lost on the way! Will definitely be returning!

Nothing, was a lovely quiet location near all amenities

Outstanding stay from start to finish. Lovely couple very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was fresh and clean with everything you could need for your stay. Will be staying again very soon!

This is a working farm so there are lots of animals! You must accept this. Directions to the front door from the garden entrance gate could be better. Access track surface is rough but owners were rectifying this while we were staying there.

Breakfast was substantial with quality ingredients and cooked very well. Location is a working farm with a pretty garden and superb views.

The location is a little hard to find. Although constant communication by the owners got us there. The inland road was a little hard to track as we had a very low vehicle. George,the owner, went out in the morning to scrape away rocks to make it easier for us to get out. Way above and beyond!

The location and the owners, George and Anne, were absolutely fabulous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They offered to take us into into Helmsley to make sure we had dinner. They were fabulous! They have a beautiful farm!
