Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe towel rail looked fine, however it was very dusty and looked like it hadn’t been dusted for a long time. Also when having a shower the bath was filling up and didn’t drain away very quickly. Something you probably wouldn’t know about unless someone draws it to your attention.
We had a lovely room on the terrace with a sea view, the bed was great, really comfortable and lovely bedding. The breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A very nice 2 night stay.

Lovely hotel with fab roof top terrace overlooking the bay. It’s in a great location for exploring Mumbles and even though it doesn’t have its own parking, there’s a car park right next to it which was £6 for 24 hrs. There’s a Gin bar next door which was a big favourite too! The manager Stephen was first class and the customer service was excellent.

United KingdomIn a certain light I noticed that the towel rail was really dusty and hadn’t been cleaned for some time, it wasn’t noticeable at first but then at a certain time of day it was really noticeable. Also the shower water was not draining away quickly, it was quite deep at one point and took a while to drain away, if no one has mentioned it then you won’t be aware of it.
Loved the location and our sea view room was Lovely, also the weather was gorgeous so that was a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The bed was soooo comfy too. A lovely stay at the Oyster House.

United KingdomBreakfast staff on first morning very good, on second morning vague.. When I asked for the bill, told printer not working and it had been paid anyway. II was sent an email copy and it was OK, but i should have preferred to have seen it, and approved it first.
