Pale Hall is the very definition of a perfect break. Prepare to be treated like royalty - nothing is too much trouble - and yet you are surrounded at all times by the most relaxed atmosphere. Heaven!

The only dislike was the fact that we had to leave to continue our vacation.

Pale Hall is an incredible place to escape urban life and lose yourself in a majestic setting. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The staff is fantastic, whether it being greeted when arriving in the car park to someone giving a tour of the Hall after arriving. After our tour, we were served tea in one of the sitting rooms. The gentleman who hosting us took us to our room and gave us information about items in it. The room had a sitting room in a turret. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. I cannot say enough about our stay.

If you want something special during your wales trip or exploring snowdonia this is the place to be! Room and building with a touch of Downton Abbey and staff is super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and surroundings impressive!

We loved the atmosphere from the beginning to the end. Breakfast was good and fresh, diner was excellent. The room was fabulous. The decoration in this mansion is very beautiful with lots of artwork.

Food, dining experience was disappointing, only fixed price on offer, quality not great, especially for the price and there is no where decent to eat less than 30 minutes drive away.

Great location and setting, some lovely staff, gorgeous comfortable quality furnishings. Lots of extra thoughtful touches. Beautiful well kept gardens.

Faultless! I would challenge anyone to try to find anything that is not to like about this venue.

There are many lovely hotels. In this hotel the attention to detail from the grounds to the building to the decor is exceptional. Above all, the staff could not have been more amenable. It is not just a hotel, it has heart and soul!!!

What would have been the walled garden has been turned into a car park. Although an amazing setting, the gardens have the potential to be much better.

Bar closes very early - asked to finish our drink in the lobby at 10:30pm as they needed to set up for breakfast. Needed to call front desk after 10pm and was met with answering machine as they don’t have 24hr skeleton staff. In the bar would prefer option to have just one course and not pricing for 2 courses.
