Only 2 teabags & 2 coffee sachets for a twin room for two nights. No hand towels but wasn't sure if these were provided.

The close proximity to the shops & the Utilita Arena.The ability to add breakfast on additionally the night before & the fact children eat free, fabulous for Half Term. Free room upgrade due to joining Radisson Rewards. Comfy bed. Staff helpful & friendly.

Rooms were pretty basic, not much better than a travelodge really. The window was hard to close and we could hear road noise. Light switches were in odd places and only one pillow each. By the time we realised this it was nearly midnight so we put up with it but wasn’t the most comfortable sleep. Bed was comfy though.

Location was fantastic. We went to a show at the motorpoint arena and it was literally across the road. Show finished at 10.30 so we went back for a nice quiet drink in the bar before bed. The lobby and bar area was lovely. Bathroom toiletries in the room were nice quality. Staff friendly.

There were no small towels or T Bags in the room. Not a problem for us as we didn't need the towels and we brought our own TBags. Just those little attention to details things. The machine to pay for the carparking wasn't working. They said they had and problems. Could do with some clearer instructions on what you needed to do.

Great place to stay to be near the centre of Cardiff. Nice rooms Friendly staff Will definitely be back but will book direct next time

The television in the room did not work.

Staff are very polite; room exceptionally clean. We were offered a complimentary breakfast when we arrived which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for city centre.

Nothing springs to mind.

The location was excellent near the train station and opposite the venue where we were seeing a musical event. Also, right in the centre of town for shopping and dining out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Even though the sheets were crispy fresh, we found a bug on the bed. Room windows were viewing the reception room which we found unusual and unpleasant. For a 4 stars hotel, the doors, furniture and carpet were quite shabby and we had only 2 bath towels, no medium nor face ones.

Quite good location, close to amenities.Hotel parking lot . Huge, comfortable reception area. Nice, diverse breakfast .

Noise from nearby bars was a bit of a bother but earplugs sorted that out. Parking is expensive but very convenient.

There is no AC and so the rooms even with the windows open felt unbearably warm, and if you have the window open you obviously have the noises of a big city

Location is great, and check-in/check-out was super simple. Staff were super supportive with getting more pillows as there was only one in the room

Drinks very expensive at the bar.

Hotel itself is lovely and modern, rooms spacious, bright and bathroom really nice. We were at a function at the hotel but if using for the town canter then it is an excellent location.

The noise from the road outside my room, the windows weren't soundproof at all so sleep was quite difficult sadly.

Receptionist was great. So sorry I didn't get his name, he was on shift the evening of mu check in. Super friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfy. Great value for money.

Great to have parking underneath but £25 for an overnight stay is a bit too much I feel.
