We had an exceptional stay! We arrived and the bungalow was completely spotless. Our stay was over Christmas and there was a nicely decorated Christmas tree in the living room which was a lovely touch aswell as a box of chocolate in the kitchen. The living room was nice and comfy with a selection of board toys and smart TV. WiFi was quick throughout. The three bedrooms all had clean fresh bedding with clean towles left of the bed. Plenty of clothing hanging or drawers in each room. The kitchen well equipped with plenty of cupboards space. It’s a very well thought out kitchen. The whole bungalow is just lovely.

Just couldn't find bin bags but that wasn't an issue!

It was very comfortable to stay and relax as felt like home. Decor was crisp and refreshing and the size was perfect for us. Every amenity was available.

Although it is close to everything the location of the bungalow wasn't great for me as I'm less mobile and the bungalow is up a large hill.

The bungalow was situated amongst old two up two down houses on a steep hill overlooking Swansea town. It was difficult to get to due to the at times very narrow winding roads that climbed the hillside. Gaining access to the front door of the property was treacherous as it had a flight of narrow concrete steps with high walls and a raised terrace with no safety hand rails. The two capstones on the top of the walls were loose, where you climbed the steps. They slipped under your hands when you applied pressure. Because there were no hand rails,you had no choice but to use the tops of the walls for support when ascending and descending the steps. As we had 2 people with mobility issues, this entrance was used only once to gain entry to the property, and once when our stay ended. For the remainder of our stay, we used the side entrance door and gate. We had a small dog with us as this property was listed as being dog friendly. One major potential problem with the back and side yard was that there was a large raught iron gate that led to the front of the bungalow. It had a large gap between the bottom of the gate and the ground. Our small dog got under it once to follow her owner, so from then on, she could not be left unattended whilst outside. This property was listed as having parking spaces for 2 cars. The property vendor's information pack stated that guests could park in front of the bungalow's garage or the marked disabled space specifically for the property by the side entrance gate. As my sister is registered disabled we really needed to have use of this disabled parking space. Unfortunately, the local neighbouring residents used both these parking spaces, even though they didn't display a disability parking badge. We had to battle it out with all the residents on the very busy streets surrounding the property to get a space anywhere near where we were staying.

A clean,well presented bungalow. The bathroom was clean and well stocked for a family of 4 for a short stay with mini toiletries and toilet rolls. Nice to have both a bath and a large shower cubicle, as some of our party liked a soak in the tub, whilst others had mobility issues, so they needed a spacious shower. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for anyone's self-catering needs.

Not much to dislike. The out door table was dusty

Value for money, amoung the cheapestin the area. Close walking distance to public transportation. Spacious accommodation .Option of shower and bath Well equipped kitchen. Basic amenities needed for a holiday stay was available in house. Easy self check in and check out . Good communication with host especially prior. Would definitely recommend
