We arrived on foot and it's a very large complex of apartments, so we did have quite a walk round before we found the apartment. Instructions about where to find the keys weren't issued till close to check-in time and were not entirely clear, but when I contacted Helen, she was very helpful and all became clear. A hand towel each and one for the kitchen would have been nice.

Main bedroom would benefit from a blackout curtain and the heating was not on when we arrived (February), though it was easy to switch on, it took a while to warm up.

Large, comfortable apartment, in safe location (with parking), within walking distance of Cardiff centre. Balcony will be a lovely suntrap in the Summer, with nice view of the River Taff. Perfect for a family of 4 and we would come back.

Absolutely loved this apartment. It was far larger than I expected and everything was immaculately clean and well presented. They even have little fancy toiletries. The bed was divine - I normally can't sleep with lots of cushions but it was so comfy I kept them all on the bed. Helen was a star and provided all the information we could need. We had a great night for my 30th and thank you for the well wishes Helen.

It was like a home from home. Host went over and above to answer queries and very fast at responding, cannot rate the host highly enough! The pool and hottub were a huge bonus and the kids loved this. They also loved the trampoline on the balcony. I would absolutely 100% stay here again when I'm next in Cardiff. Beds were unbelievably comfortable, kitchen well kitted out. Do not hesitate to book it was faultless!!

The on site jacuzzi and sauna were both out of order in the leisure suite, although this is absolutely nothing to do with the apartment owners. However the Pool was open and was lovely. The shower is in need of an upgrade

Needed more information before arrival. the host had sent an email apparently but on the morning specific joining and other instructions had not arrived but the host was able to give instructions via phone number provided. it would have been good to have a written set of info in the property to refer to

Lovely gated complex felt very safe nice views of the river used the community swimming pool it was great short drive into the bay with easy parking or nice walk in if you prefer lovely comfortable beds and big living room with attached kitchen all very clean I would recommend this property

The best part we like the owners Helen and her partner… They were super helpful and welcoming… The size of the flat and location were absolutely brilliant… The main thing what we liked a lot that pets were welcomed.. Also we loved the view of the river and couldn’t believe how peaceful it was to sit and watch small boats pass by or people canoeing… And if you feel like jumping around, there was a great trampoline… we didn’t use because we didn’t have time… We will definitely comeback to this apartment..

The host communicated well.The apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony over looking the river.We enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the swans.The beds were very comfortable.Nice touch of host leaving hot chocolate, sugar , milk, dishwasher tablet, washing machine tablet, shower gel and shampoo.Mermaid quay with nice restaurants only a short walk from the apartment.Netflix ,prime etc on TV.ensuite shower/toilet and bathroom good for family.Free parking, access to a quiet indoor swimming pool which children particularly enjoyed.

There's nothing I didn't like but I think it should be clearer on the details that the pool is not in the same building and is a bit of a walk. I also think given the price you pay it would've been nice to have a few little cartons of uht to make a cuppa on arrival.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equiped and decorated to a high standard. The actual complex seems very safe and secure. It was very quiet and a good location for both Cardiff Bay and the city centre. We didn't need parking but it was available if required. The host was quick to answer any queries and was very helpful.

A lovely spacious, well equipped apartment located in Cardiff Bay near to the city centre. There were lots of places nearby to eat and drink and the city centre was just a short walk away. The beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

This felt like an oversight based on the attention to detail on everything else.. but we didn’t have enough toilet paper in either of the bathrooms so had to pop out to buy some. We also struggled to get the hot water running, we did have a good intro from the host but it might be helpful to have a manual also available with general info to reference back to.

This apartment was in a great location to the Bay, but also has amazing river views from the terrace, especially when the sun is out! along with parking and loads of space for a 2 bed property. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable beds and we were amazed how quiet the area was especially on a Saturday night. We were greeted by our host and had great communication from them before hand.
