The location, room, hosts were all perfect. We were provided with juices and cereals for our stay which was a lovely touch. Hosts were really kind and friendly. Pictures of the room do not do it enough justice !! The room and views are beautiful. Will definitely stay again :) We recommend visiting the mountain zoo it was great

Everything about this incredible hotel was perfect for us. A beautiful newly traditionally renovated place. Beautiful sea, over to mountains views. Spacious comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed. Cozy, awesome shower and a kitchenette which made such a difference. Perfect blend. Parking easy right outside. Sue and Rob have worked hard to create this beautiful space such a warm welcome from them. Can’t wait to go back.

Clean, modern, lovely hosts who can't do enough for you. Everything you could need Iin the rooms. My friend was very touched by receiving a birthday card from Sue and Rod.. The area was nice and quiet yet just a short walk to town and great unrestricted sea views. Wish Sue and Rod all the very best with the 2nd phase of their renovations ....

From our welcome when we arrived to the minute we left - what a treat! We booked our room quite last minute so had a room at the back of the accommodation. The room was large and comprised a comfortable bed, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, with utensils and pots. There was also a welcome basket of cereal, biscuits, milk, orange juice and plentiful teabags and coffee. The sitting area has a tv with 2 seater sofa and coffee table. Soap and shower gel in the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The room was spotless. Plans Gorwelion is on the West Beach side of Llandudno so just a quick 10 min walk to the centre, however in my opinion the West Beach side has the better beach and is the better location. Rod and Sue were so friendly to me and my daughter and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Fantastic big, spacious luxury clean accommodation. The best in Llandudno that we have ever stayed in and better than the 5 star Imperial and St. Georges hotels. Fabulous sea views and great location . Great hosts, thought of everything and we will definitely be back next time we stay in Llandudno. Would highly recommend this to anyone considering a Llandudno break

Wonderful views over the Conwy estuary towards Snowdonia and Anglesey. The room was lovely with bed, shower room, seating area and kitchen. In the kitchen there was orange juice, milk, tea, coffee, cereals and biscuits. Loved the little touches including binoculars and book explaining history of guest house. Location was lovely and quiet yet within 20 mins walk of the main sights of Llandudno. Free parking available right outside property.

There really isn't much to pick at here, it would've been nice if the room had a bath, and as a couple we would've preffered a large couch for us both to sit on, opposed to the tow armchairs

Lovely location, lovely owners, lovely room, everything about our stay was incredible. The room was spotless, and the owners had a nice care package prepared for us on arrival, Sue gave us lots of good advice on the local area, and Rod was full of interesting facts aboit the place, and gave us plenty of tips to enhance our stay. We left the curtains open at night because from the bed was a beautiful view of the opposite peninsula - and it was lovely to see all the cars driving by so far away. The house is situated in a perfect location, as it is sat nicely on the quiet west shore, overlooking the beach, and only a few hundred metres away from the great orme footpaths. Its also only a short walk away from all the touristy areas on the north shore, so you can easily go into the busy town centre, only to return back tothe peaceful and tranquil accommodation. Overall we were well looked after, and after realizing how much there is to do in the area, I think we will definitely be back again.

Great location, plentiful free on street parking, great welcome by hosts who very kindly also upgraded us to a newly refurbished room! We loved the spacious bedroom, large comfortable lounge area and very handy kitchenette with all crockery & cutlery etc. needed. Lovely to have milk, water & juice in the fridge and a basket of cereals etc. - very thoughtful! Beautiful well appointed bathroom with huge powerful shower. The property and surrounding area was very quiet and we enjoyed the easy 15 minute walk into town.

Great location, with sea views over Llandudno west beach, and a 10min walk to North shore promenade and pier. Very large comfortable room, with great sea views from the windows, comfy bed and seating and a good size bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is a kitchenette in the room too with a sink, fridge, microwave and kettle plus plates, cutlery, cups and glasses etc. We also had a complementary selection of breakfast cereals, milk, juice and water waiting for us, plus biscuits and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided in the room. (There was no breakfast service but we had everything we needed to cater for ourselves which was ideal).

A stunning property, room wonderfully spacious and absolutely spotless. Excellent facilities within the room for tea snacks etc with fresh milk and orange provided in the fridge by the hosts. Lovely view over the bay.

Rod and Sue were very welcoming and helpful hosts. Our suite overlooking the mountain was immaculate with everything you could want including a welcome pack. Free on road parking outside and a stunning view across the bay. A ten minute walk to the town and North Promenade. Would definitely book again.
