Didn't like the fact there wasn't a toddler park on site as the one at the pub gets a bit rough with the older ones 😕

Loved the area and the caravan itself was really cosy and modern. The bathroom was however not so clean but cleaned it myself on arrival. No pillows for the sofa bed which was a shame but manageable. Lady in reception was helpful polite and jolly which is rare on a holiday park. Definitely considering another short break at the chase soon as we are on limited time to make as many memories as we can with my partner being poorly and life limiting. Hopefully next time we can get another fantastic deal with decking as it would of been lovely to relax outside without the baby's running off. All in all love the chase park. Many thanks

Being completely honest there's 3 things that I felt would have made our stay a little more comfortable; 1. Portable heaters. Particularly the first night it was absolutely freezing. The fire would stay on for a short time and would need to be switched off and on again to kick start it which we understand is a safety feature but it's end of October 😅 2. The grass was super muddy so mud from our shoes kept dirting the floors, maybe a more absorbant mat? 3. The sofa bed in the living room isn't the comfiest, wasnt expecting luxury for a temp bed but I do have bruises on my legs from the bars (I couldn't leave th3 2 year old on his own in his travel cot - living room was the only place with enough space which I totally get and was happy to make the sacrifice. Didn't want him to feel alone bless) Those 3 points are just suggestions to think about In the future but we would 100% be interested in returning. Overall very happy with our stay, caravan was lovely, bigger than expected. Was also very clean. I loved the spacious area in the living room 😍 Caravans amaze me it's like Doctor Who's Tardis! They look fairly small from the outside but on the inside it's mad to think it sleeps 8 people, 2 seating areas, 2 toilets, a kitchen AND a corridor. Mind blown 😳 😅

The only heater in the sitting room is the electric fire which is great when it heats up but takes ages in the morning to get warm

It had no access to wifi I have a business and had to sit on my car at a local restaurant to piggy back off theirs, I did ask in reception but they were not too helpful

It was nice and clean, we left it cleaner than we found it though. It was comfortable, and ideal for what we wanted

Only downfall was that it is a walk away from things, although at the end of the caravan park is a bus stop over the road.

Was such a bargain for the caravan, had everything we needed. We hired linned bedding for £15.

Shower wasn’t very powerful - heating was storage type heaters under the wardrobes which could do with being modernised.

Caravan looked nice & modern, gas fire kept the lounge warm and the rooms were a decent size. However, the location was a bit far out & there wasn’t anything to do on site that we could find. Shower could do with being updated and heating isn’t the best as under wardrobe storage heaters but was a nice weekend and would probably book again.

Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, could do with an upgrade. Bathroom door is really stiff and it feels like you're going to rip the wall off next to it. Had some really noisey people in the van next to us which went on till early hours which was unfortunate.

Basic but clean caravan, excellent value for money. Had all the kitchen equipment you could need. Decent location if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the main fantasy island.

The boiler took awhile to figure out to get hot water etc. Didn't like the fact there wasn't a mat outside of the shower or wasn't aware there wouldn't be so we could of brought one along. We was only provided with two Mugs, so be aware to bring your own as there wasn't enough for us all. Pack cleaning products if you like to clean the table after eating etc.

Good value for money, just what we needed for a busy weekend away. Ok size for 3 adults and 3 children. Caravan was clean which is the main thing. Good walking distance to the beach, arcades and takeaways. We went to Woody's bar for food, which was really nice and had children's entertainment. We walked to fantasy island along the beach front and also caught a bus from straight outside the caravan site into skegness.

Had a problem with the boiler and didnt get sorted while the next day, never helped when i said can you provide a ramp or an easy access up to the caravan has my uncle had trouble with the steps

Easy access to the shops and the amenities, bus stop outside the camp also local shop also good pub on site even though we went across the road to the tavern to play bingo every night Ha Ha
