Guests should be somewhat adaptable in sharing a bathroom with other guests, but we were prepared for that up front and the host made sure to keep all communal areas sparkling clean daily so this wasn't a problem at all. Would only note that noise is quite sensitive, but this can be expected in any similar set-up. Overall, great value.

The host is very friendly and takes extra care to make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the fresh flowers, recommendation guide, and pillow chocolates on arrival. It was a large room, well equipped, and super clean! Checking in and finding the apartment was made easy thanks to his clever video guide. You'll find a train station and 24h shop just around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Great hosts, very clean apartment with lots of thoughtful touches in the room, including fresh flowers which was a lovely surprise! Room was exactly like the photos and the shared bathroom was spotless and regularly cleaned. Very cute dogs who share the apartment. Shared kitchenette had a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and cooktop Extremely close to the train station which takes you into the city (and bus stop close by) Convenience store on the same block and walking distance to the local massive Sainsbury's. Would absolutely stay again, thanks to the hosts for having me!

We really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were very lovely, the cute dogs are a definite plus. The rooms were very clean and the kitchenette is also totally sufficient. It's located in a quiet area, you have a small supermarket around the corner and you have great access to the public transportation network.

Even though London Bridge is only 20min by train, after 11:30PM it was hard to find a reasonable return connection

The whole apartment was very clean. Our room was beautifully prepared, even with flowers in a vase! Contact with the owner was easy. I strongly recomend this place!

2 minute walk from the train station where you can get a train to central in 15 minutes. The place was so clean, comfortable, and modern. Peter and his partner were so warm and welcoming from day one, they sorted us with anything we needed and were very accommodating. They even got us a toaster!! We have stayed in probably a hundred different places over the last year as we travel a lot, and this one was definitely our favourite.

There was nothing to not like about it.

The room was spacious and comfy with a huge balcony. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as they could. Nothing to fault!

Everything about this accommodation was amazing from walking into the amazing smells of the apartment to every intricate details of kitchenware and fresh flowers. Peter and Tean made our stay so pleasant giving us tips and recommendations on where to visit. We also loved having evening chats with them as they are so easy going! And don't let me forget about their doggos Coco and Louis!! Waking up and having them greet us was the best surprise every morning! We will definitely be booking their accommodation when we're back in London, no questions asked

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

What a gorgeous apartment! It’s situated 3 mins from Lower Sydenham station so the location is perfect for connections. The whole place is exceptionally clean; I’ve never stayed in an apartment as clean as this! It smelled so good and was very warm and inviting. The bed and room were sooo comfy. Also available to use is a very cute kitchenette, almost like a fully serviced kitchen! The owner is friendly and warm, and was available to answer any queries via WhatsApp. These things really help make it feel private because I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t see a soul! Perfect and just what I needed for my trip. I’ll be back soon ;)

It’s super close to the station (Lower Sydenham), the surrounding is super clean, Roma was super nice and cheerful, the dogs were super comfortable, the room was super clean, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom was big and smells really nice.

This is my first time having to share a bathroom with everyone and it is not ideal; I didn't like it one bit. I wasn't aware that the host had dogs, but I accepted it since it was too late to change the apartment. Also, transit expenses are insane and definitely not worth it.

The location was nice and accessible to the center of the city; it takes 25 minutes by train. The security in the building is good and it's nice and new. Lastly, the host was very kind and nice to talk to.

There was not a single thing I didn’t like.

First of all, very lovely hosts (including doggies Coco and Louis), the whole place smells reeeaally nice, beautifully decorated, clean. Loved sleeping on a comfy bed with extremely soft sheets! Next time in London, I will definitely book again. The host was even so friendly, he arranged a transfer to the airport. Words can’t express how much I loved staying at this place!
