It was very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Sue and Jonathan were amazing hosts, very friendly and go the extra mile to help. Parking is convenient and location is great for Bath via bus.

Lovely, welcoming hosts. The property looked even better in real life than in the photos on the website. The property was spotlessly clean. A quiet location off the beaten track but close to Bath, the Cotswolds and North and West Wiltshire. Ideal for holidays or touring.

I cannot rate this place high enough, it by far exceeded our expectations, Johnathon and Sue were perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful, informative about the local area, and just really nice people, we had the whole cottage to ourselves, which in its self is awesome, a traditional Cotswold cottage, everything appeared to be thought of by our hosts, and breakfast was absolutely wonderful, all natural and locally produced, the bed was incredibly comfortably, the secluded garden to sit in and contemplate life, all in all a wonderful experience, we will be back, thank you very much Johnathon and Sue.

We fell in love with the cottage.. picture perfect, very clean, cosy, comfortable...had everything we needed.. wonderful, quiet location. Has a truly real community spirit which we experienced.. Breakfast was fabulous... Our host Jonathan and Sue were so lovely.. easy going, friendly and welcoming. To be honest, we would have stayed longer if we had the time. Absolutely Fabulous!!

Prospect Cottage was absolutely perfect. A beautiful location on a quiet country road just a few miles out of Bath. I had the whole cottage to myself and it was really cosy and comfortable overlooking a lovely little garden. . Jonathan and Sue were incredibly friendly and helpful . I just wish I could have stayed for longer!

There was nothing not to like, everything was just right for us. In fact we like it so much that we plan to return in the future. It will be a good base from which to explore Bath.

Our host Jonathon was kind, warm, accommodating and ever so friendly. Couldn't ask for better in the way he treated us. The breakfast was wonderful, with especially brewed coffee that we liked. I thought I had only booked a room but he gave us the whole cottage! What more could one ask for?

We managed the little steps on the upstairs landing inbetween the main bedroom & bathroom, but it would be useful to know for those people with mobility issues that the bedroom is upstairs & then there are the little steps to the bathroom.(especially during the night!)

The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful selection. The couple running the cottage were lovely company. We enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast. The kitchen has a beautiful conservatory which overlooks the lovely garden.

Very friendly hosts, amazing hot breakfast, spacious living areas to spread out and enjoy. Restaurants are a short drive away, and this is a quiet oasis set back from busy cities.
