Lots of cobwebs and the security was poor. Unlocked all the way to the door of the room, door of room was easily opened when locked with a little push (found out when checking if door locked). There were lots of security cameras though but did not feel 100% safe.

My only suggestion would have been to have a blind on the front door even though the door was frosted glass and gags for the seagulls on occasion!

The room was lovely, the bed was very comfy and I felt safe. Its location is great as I was close by to a shop, a garage, fish and chips, pub, restaurant and small local shops as well as being well located for the beaches and lovely walks.

Blinds were lovely but room still a bit light so would have liked curtains as well.

Just used it as an overflow bedroom as rest of the family was in a house nearby. Happy with the accommodation.

2 teabags not enough for 3 nights! Nowhere to hang anything( wet coats etc)Not told about quite steep stairs to room.

Well placed to travel around. Parking provided. Sand and samphire good food. The dog house great experience pizzas got crabs !best crab sandwiches ever😀

On Booking.Com said it was bed and breakfast, but when you looked further no breakfast was provided. Quite expensive for just room. Room got hot overnight.

Noisy road and both windows faced the road but it did quieten down at night.

Good location for the lovely beach at Porthcothan. Good parking. Choice of several restaurants, cafes and a bakery. Good to have the use of a lounge and outside seating area as the room was small.

The property was a bit small but given the space available could not have been larger. We were OK staying 2 nights but a longer stay would not have worked.

Property was clean and very convenient. Restaurant was very good , the meal was great and they understood alergen issues and catered to suit.

Noisy late at night. From people drinking bellow. Whilst it is good to meet socially, it not appropriate to do so at the expense of your customers. So therefore we do not think it is good value when customers are trying to sleep. It was almost at the point i got out of bed to have a word. So we feel our stay was compromised because of the social noise downstairs. Making it poor value for money. Accommodation fine. Consideration for clients very poor If a refund was considered or partisl we would accept it. Thanks

The telly didn’t work and the room was fairly hard to get into as the lock was super tricky. The bins in our bedroom also hadn’t been emptied.

No wardrobe or hook to hang anything. Fridge was a beer fridge so too big for ledge and extremely noisy. Music bring playing till 1.30 ish on a Saturday. No blinds on front door rand window so lights that were left on from the pub came through. Place clean and tidy with comfortable bed.
